Основните дейности, които включва проектът са: 1. Актуализиране на системи за финансово управление и контрол с оглед изпълнение и управление на инвестиционните програми на 39 града спрямо функциите им по процедура за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Изпълнение на Интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие 2014-2020”; 2. Възнаграждения на екипите за изпълнение на инвестиционни програми по процедура BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Изпълнение на Интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие 2014-2020 г.; 3. Възнаграждения на екипите на Междинните звена с оглед реализацията на процедура BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Изпълнение на Интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие 2014-2020 г.; 4. Наемане на външни за Междинните звена оценители и помощник-оценители за оценка на проектни предложения по процедура BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 „Изпълнение на Интегрирани планове за градско възстановяване и развитие 2014-2020 г."; 5. Разходи за публичност и визуализация; 6. Управление на проекта. Проектът включва финансов план с обосновка на необходимите средства и разпределението им. Чрез изпълнението на дейностите Община Карлово ще повиши капацитета си на местен орган, който отговаря за изпълнението на Интегрирания план за градско възстановяване и развитие (ИПГВР) и на инвестиционната програма за реализация на ИПГВР , в качеството си на междинно звено и бенефициент на безвъзмездна помощ по процедура BG16FROP001-1.001.039. The main activities included in the project are: 1. Updating financial management and control systems in order to implement and manage the investment programmes of 39 cities in relation to their functions under grant award procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020”; 2. Remuneration of the teams for the implementation of investment programmes under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Reconstruction and Development 2014-2020; 3. Remuneration of the Intermediate Units teams for the implementation of procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020; 4. Hiring of external evaluators and assistant assessors for the evaluation of project proposals under procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 “Implementation of Integrated Urban Rehabilitation and Development Plans 2014-2020”; 5. Publicity and visualisation costs; 6. Project management. The project shall include a financial plan justifying the necessary funds and their allocation. Through the implementation of the activities, the Municipality of Karlovo will increase its capacity as a local authority responsible for the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development (IUHLRD) and the investment programme for the implementation of the IHLG as an intermediate body and beneficiary of grants under procedure BG16FROP001-1.001.039.
