Проект ОМНИА (ОМНИА - лат. "всичко", т.е. "Всичко за модернизацията на образователните процеси в съвременния университет") се изпълнява от МУ-Пловдив в партньорство с 1.МУ-София, 2.МУ-Плевен, 3.Тракийски университет Стара Загора, 4.НСА, 5.ПУ "П. Хилендарски", 6.УХТ, 7.НЦЗПБ и 8.ИМБ-БАН. Основната цел на проекта е да допринесе за постигане на динамично съответствие между търсенето и предлагането на специалисти с висше образование чрез модернизация на образователните процеси във висшите училища. Това ще постигнем като разработим, дигитализираме и въведем 9 нови учебни програми, чрез които ще осигурим компетентностен модел, мултидисциплинарност и интердисциплинарност в обучението на студентите. В образователния процес ще приложим широко цифрова трансформация, електронни ресурси и облачни технологии. Ще въведем практики за споделяне на ресурси и ще изградим виртуален университет, наречен МЕДТЕХ. Ще осигурим специализации на преподаватели в асоциирани партньори от ЕС за усъвършенстване на уменията им за преподаване, за овладяване на гъвкави методи на преподаване и методи за проблемно-базирано обучение. Ще създадем възможности на преподавателите за обучения в България с цел усъвършенстване на дигиталните и чуждоезиковите им умения. В подкрепа на професионалното развитие на студенти, докторанти, постдокторанти, специализанти и млади учени ще продължим добрите практики за мобилност за обучение и НИРД в ЕС и така ще укрепим трансграничното сътрудничество между висшите училища. Планирали сме и дейности за хармонизиране на обучението с изискванията на пазара на труда. За тази цел ще подпомогнем професионалното ориентиране и кариерно развитие на студентите чрез организиране и провеждане на кариерни борси и други събития съвместно с работодатели и партньори. Ще изградим общи информационни мрежи на кариерните центрове и ще проведем обучения по предприемачество, презентационни и дигитални умения. (Bulgarian)

Thracian University Stara Zagora, 4.NSA, 5.UU “P. Hilendarski”, 6.UHT, 7.NCIPD and 8.IMB-BAS. The main objective of the project is to contribute to the dynamic matching of the supply and demand of specialists with higher education through the modernisation of educational processes in higher education institutions. This will be achieved by developing, digitising and introducing 9 new curricula through which we will provide a competence model, multidisciplinaryness and interdisciplinarity in student education. In the educational process, we will apply a wide-ranging digital transformation, electronic resources and cloud technologies. We will introduce resource sharing practices and build a virtual university called MEDTECH. We will provide specialisations for teachers in associated EU partners to improve their teaching skills, to master flexible teaching methods and problem-based learning methods. We will create opportunities for teachers for training in Bulgaria in order to improve their digital and foreign language skills. To support the professional development of students, doctoral students, post-doctoral students, graduates and young scientists, we will continue good mobility practices for learning and R & D in the EU, thus strengthening cross-border cooperation between higher education institutions. We have also planned activities to align training with the requirements of the labour market. For this purpose we will support career guidance and career development of students by organising and conducting career exchanges and other events together with employers and partners. We will build common information networks of the career centers and conduct trainings on entrepreneurship, presentation and digital skills. (English)
