Celem głównym projektu jest reintegracja społeczno-zawodowa 90UP (45K i 45M) zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem oraz nabycie nowych umiejętności społeczno-osobistych przez 90 osób z rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym programem aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej wzmacniającym opiekuńczo-wychowawcze funkcje rodziny oraz podnoszącym aktywność społeczno-edukacyjno-zawodową UP w okresie 07.2017-05.2019. Głównym problemem na który odpowiada cel projektu jest wysoki stopień wykluczenia społecznego i/ lub zagrożenia ubóstwem 90UP mieszkańców powiatu ciechanowskiego oraz 90 członków ich rodzin. Cel główny projektu wynika bezpośrednio z diagnozy RPO Woj. Mazowieckiego na lata 2014-2020: wysoki stopień zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym i/ lub ubóstwem osób z rodzin wielodzietnych, z dziećmi/ osobami z niepełnosprawnościami, samotnych rodziców, ubogich rodzin z dziećmi. Cel główny projektu oraz planowane do osiągnięcia wskaźniki przyczynią się do uzyskania oczekiwanego efektu RPO WM 2014-2020. W wyniku real. projektu nastąpi wzmocnienie kompetencji rodzinnych i opiekuńczych, a także kompetencji zawodowych u 90UP (45K i 45M). Projekt został opracowany wspólnie przez Lidera i Partnera projektu. Partner wnosząc do projektu w szczególności zasoby organizacyjne, techniczne i ludzkie, zwiększy możliwości podniesienia jakości działań – kursów i szkoleń, zaplanowanych w projekcie.Lider i Partner podpisali wstępne Porozumienie dot. realizacji przedmiotowegoprojektu określającej prawa i obowiązki każdej ze stron. Realizacja proj. przyczyni się do rozwoju właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy. Realizacja proj. prow. będzie z wykorzyst. usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, których celem jest przywróc. lub wzmoc.komp. społ., zaradności, samodz. i aktywności, obejmujących m.in.:porad. psychol., warsztaty terapeut. kształ. umiej. osobiste, porad. prawne i wsparcie środowiskowe. The main objective of the project is the socio-occupational reintegration of 90UP (45K and 45M) at risk of social exclusion and poverty, and the acquisition of new socio-personal skills by 90 people from families at risk of social exclusion, by extending them to a comprehensive and personalised programme of social and professional activation in the period 07.2017-05,2019. The main problem to which the project’s objective corresponds is the high degree of social exclusion and/or the risk of poverty 90UP inhabitants of Cichanow County and 90 members of their families. The main objective of the project results directly from the diagnosis of RPO Woj. Mazowiecki for the years 2014-2020: high risk of social exclusion and/or poverty for people from large families, with children/persons with disabilities, single parents, poor families with children. The main objective of the project and the planned indicators will contribute to the expected effect of WM 2014-2020. The project will result in strengthening family and caring competences, as well as professional competences in 90UP (45K and 45M). The project was developed jointly by the Project Leader and Partner. By contributing to the project in particular organisational, technical and human resources, it will increase the possibilities of improving the quality of activities – courses and trainings planned in the project.The Leader and Partner signed a preliminary agreement on the implementation of this project, specifying the rights and responsibilities of each party. Implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the right attitudes and skills needed in the labour market. Implementation of the project will benefit from the use of active inclusion services of a social nature, the aim of which is to restore. or to strengthen.compl., resourcefulness, self-esteem and activities, including, among others: psychol. advice, workshops therapists. educate personal skills, legal advice and environmental support. L’objectif principal du projet est la réinsertion socioprofessionnelle de 90 UPS (45K et 45M) exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale et de pauvreté et l’acquisition de nouvelles compétences socio-personnelles par 90 personnes issues de familles exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, en les incluant dans un programme d’activation socio-professionnelle complet et individualisé renforçant les fonctions de prise en charge et d’éducation de la famille et augmentant l’activité socio-éducative et professionnelle de l’UP au cours de la période 07.2017-05.2019. Le principal problème visé par l’objectif du projet est le degré élevé d’exclusion sociale et/ou le risque de pauvreté des habitants du district de Cichanów et de 90 membres de leur famille. L’objectif principal du projet découle directement du diagnostic du ROP Woj. Mazowiecki 2014-2020: risque élevé d’exclusion sociale et/ou de pauvreté pour les personnes issues de familles nombreuses, les enfants/personnes handicapées, les parents isolés, les familles pauvres avec enfants. L’objectif principal du projet et les indicateurs prévus contribueront à la réalisation de l’effet attendu du PMR 2014-2020. Le véritable projet permettra de renforcer les compétences familiales et de soins, ainsi que les compétences professionnelles dans les 90UP (45K et 45M). Le projet a été élaboré conjointement par le chef de projet et le partenaire. En apportant au projet en particulier des ressources organisationnelles, techniques et humaines, le partenaire augmentera les opportunités d’amélioration de la qualité des activités — cours et formations prévues dans le projet. Le chef et le partenaire ont signé un accord préliminaire sur la mise en œuvre du projet, précisant les droits et obligations de chacune des parties. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera au développement des attitudes et des compétences requises sur le marché du travail. La mise en œuvre du projet consistera en l’utilisation de services actifs d’inclusion sociale visant à restaurer ou à renforcer la communauté, l’ingéniosité, l’autonomie et l’activité, y compris: psycho-conseils, ateliers thérapeutes. éducation. compétences personnelles, conseils juridiques et soutien environnemental.
