Cel główny proj.: Podniesiony poziom aktywności społecznej wśród min. 34%os.z GD i zatrudnieniowej wśród min.22%os.z GD oraz zwiększona zdolność do podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród 140 os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,zamieszkujących na obszarach poniżej progu defaworyzacji woj.mazowieckiego,dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu w postaci usług aktywnej integracji w proj.w okr.1.VIII.2018-31.VII.2020. GD proj.stanowi 140os.(84K i 56M)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, tj.: *os.korzystające ze świadczeń pom.społ zg.z ust.z dn.12.III.2004 o pom.społ.lub kwalifik.się do obj.wsparciem pom.społecznej, *os.z niepełnosprawnościami (min.15%GD), *os.zakwalif.do III prof.pomocy,zg.z ust.o prom.zatrudn.i inst.rynku pracy (min.20%GD), *os.korzystaj.z PO PŻ(min.10%GD-gr.preferowana). Proj.skierow.jest wyłącznie do gr: min.90%GD os.doświadczających wielokrotnego wyklucz.,a min.10%GD to os.o znaczn.lub umiark.stop.niepełnospr.; GD stanowią os.zamiesz.na obsz.(w gminach)poniżej progu defaworyzacji określ.w Mazow.barometrze ubóstwa i wykl.społ.-zg.z pkt.C.1.6. Proj.skierow.jest do GD z terenu woj.mazowieckiego -os.fizycznych zamieszk.na obszarze WM zg.z K.C. Min.60% GD będą stanowić kobiety. Typ proj.przewidziany do realizacji: Integracja społeczna i aktywizacja zawodowa osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnosprawnościami W ramach proj.zostaną podjete zad.: 1.identyfikacja indywidual.potrzeb, możliwości oraz potencjałów UP; 2. warsztaty kompetencji psychologiczno-społecznych; 3.pośrednictwo pracy i poradnictwo zawodowe; 4.Szkolenia zawodowe „szyte na miarę”, 5.Staże zawodowe. Project Skurov. is exclusively for gr: at least 90 %GD of persons experiencing multiple exclusions, and min.10 %GD is a person with significant or moderate degrees of under-performance; GD constitute a person living in the region (in municipalities) below the threshold of defaworisation defined in Mazow.barometer of poverty and the order of the group z pt.C.1.6. Proj.Skirov. is to GD from the area of Mazowieckie voivodship -os.physical residents in the area of WM by K.C. Min.60 % of GD will be women. Project type intended to be implemented: Social inclusion and professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion with a particular focus on people with disabilities The project will include: 1.identification of individual needs, capabilities and potentials of UP; 2. psychology and social competence workshop; 3. employment intermediation and career guidance; 4.Professional training “made-to-measure”, 5.Professional internship.
