Емил Йорданов е земеделски стопанин, физическо лице, развиващо земеделска дейност в с. Горно Абланово, Община Борово, област Русе. Съгласно актуална анкетна карта за стопанската 2018/2019 г. отглежда 124 бр. пчелни семейства. Занапред земеделският стопанин ще поддържа устойчиво и жизнеспособно земеделско стопанство развивайки се само в областта на пчеларството. Възнамерява да увеличи броя на пчелните семейства с 32 , чрез развъдна дейност през втората година на бизнес плана. Това ще доведе до увеличаване на икономическият размер на стопанството спрямо първоначалния с най-малко 2000 евро. За нуждите на стопанството и с цел намаляване на разходите ще закупи корито за разпечатване на пити, центрофуга, парна восъкотопилка и сушилня за прашец. Цялото стопанство е включено в договора за контрол със сертифицираща организация за биологично производство, която прилага принципите на биологично отглеждане. (Bulgarian)

According to an up-to-date questionnaire for the business year 2018/2019, he reared 124 bee colonies. From now on, the farmer will maintain a sustainable and viable agricultural holding developing only in the field of beekeeping. Intends to increase the number of bee colonies by 32 through breeding activities in the second year of the business plan. This will lead to an increase in the economic size of the holding compared to the initial one by at least EUR 2 000. For the needs of the farm and in order to reduce costs, he will purchase a tray for printing of combs, centrifuge, steam wax heater and pollen dryer. The entire holding is included in the control contract with an organic certification organisation that applies the organic farming principles. (English)
