Галина Йорданова започва дейността си през 2018 година с наемайки имот, който е в регулацията на село Шуменци засят с люцерна. През 2018 година земеделският стопанин продава бали - люцерна от имота, но тъй като не отглежда животни, тя решава да се насочи в отглеждането на трайни насаждения - Кайсии. През стопанската 2018-2019 г. Галина Йорданова се регистрира по Наредба №3 на МЗХГ с два имота с трайни насаждения - кайсии, които ги арендова дългосрочно. Село Шуменци е селото, където климата и почвата са много благоприятни за това насаждение. Сортът на кайсиите е мъркулещи и е от румънски произход, получен чрез кръстосване на Луизетова x Силистренска 305. (Bulgarian)

The village of Shumentsi is the village where climate and soil are very favorable for this plantation. The variety of apricots is of Romanian origin, obtained by crossing Louisetova x Silistra 305.
