EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). THE PROJECT is to carry out R & D work in order to develop and test product innovation (leading), unique in Poland and the world, in the form of a family of new meat and plant snacks of the type of comfortable food, with a programmed nutritional value and attractive sensory qualities through the use of plant raw materials with an unprecedented composition of raw materials and carrying out R & D works on process innovation allowing them to be produced. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of three phases: —2 industrial research, which will develop recipes for innovative market products and elements of technology to produce them -1 development work, during which a technology for the production of innovative snacks designed and tested in phases 1 and 2 will be developed and validated under real conditions The project will result in the preparation for market implementation of 6 new product groups, including a total of at least 12 new flavours and the technology for their production. New products will have nutrition claims (content of vitamins and micronutrients) confirming their nutritional value. The work will be carried out by the Applicant and the subcontractors selected during the implementation of the project. Implementation of the project’s effects on the market was planned in 2021, and the projected revenues for the 5-year period will amount to PLN 63 689 500.00. SPOSÓB OSIĄGNIĘCIA CELÓW, ZADANIA I REZULTATY PROJEKTU Cel zostanie osiągnięty dzięki realizacji 3 etapów: -2 badań przemysłowych, w trakcie których zostaną opracowane receptury projektowanych innowacyjnych produktów rynkowych oraz elementów technologii pozwalających na ich wytwarzanie -1 prac rozwojowych, w trakcie którego zostanie opracowana i zwalidowana technologia wytwarzania innowacyjnych przekąsek zaprojektowanych i przetestowanych w etapach 1 i 2, w warunkach rzeczywistych Efektem projektu będzie przygotowanie do wdrożenia rynkowego 6 nowych grup produktowych, w łącznie co najmniej 12 nowych smakach oraz technologia ich wytwarzania. Nowe produkty będą posiadały oświadczenia żywieniowe (dot. zawartości witamin i mikroelementów) potwierdzające ich walory odżywcze. Prace przeprowadzone będą przez Wnioskodawcę i podwykonawców wybranych w trakcie realizacji projektu.
