Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). In systems for industrial preparation of compressed air, about 90 % of the electricity consumed from the grid is converted into heat. The result of the R & D work will be a product innovation in the form of a device for controlled heat recovery from this type of different systems. According to the knowledge and knowledge of the applicant, it will be an innovative solution worldwide. As part of the project, the Company intends to develop and validate an innovative product in the form of an integrated, universal system for intelligent, controlled heat recovery from oil compressors (screw and vane). The developed product will be: universal (i.e. characterised by safe use in compressors of different types and manufacturers and in different receiving systems); B) extremely effective — it will have a recovery efficiency of more than 90 % of the available energy. This will be the highest efficiency available on the international market (currently the most efficient recovery systems achieve efficiency of up to 75 %); B) much cheaper than tailor-made layouts (approx. 35 % — estimated value for the recovery plant operating with a 30 kW compressor) and from the best finished product currently available — HRS from FINI (approx. 5 %); C) simple to install — it will be a finished, shelf (off-the-shelf/ex-stock) product with minimised dimensions (box equipped with exchanger, pump, control system and 4 connection points), the installation of which will boil down to connecting it with the compressor oil system; D) reliable in operation — the developed control system will be equipped with network interfaces allowing integration with BMS or SCADA system, [...] (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). W systemach do przemysłowego przygotowania sprężonego powietrza około 90% pobieranej z sieci energii elektrycznej jest zamieniane w ciepło. Wynikiem prac B+R będzie innowacja produktowa w postaci urządzenia do sterowanego odzysku ciepła z tego typu różnych systemów. Według wiedzy i rozeznania wnioskodawcy, będzie to rozwiązanie innowacyjne w skali świata. W ramach projektu Spółka zamierza opracować i zwalidować innowacyjny produkt w postaci zintegrowanego, uniwersalnego układu do inteligentnego, sterowanego odzysku ciepła ze sprężarek olejowych (śrubowych i łopatkowych). (Polish)
