EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The project consists of the implementation of industrial research and development work leading to the development and verification of innovative technology for the production of wooden upholstery frames, characterised by increased productivity, efficiency and high quality of manufactured products made of wood. The project is divided into 3 stages: 1 industrial research and 2 development works. The project will be implemented in response to market demand — efficient and fast execution of orders, better quality of products and increased variety of small-volume orders and market for high-quality products. The innovative way of producing Sun Garden is a solution to the current technological problem — the lack of possibility of smooth production of upholstered furniture and the need to reduce the material intensity and labor intensity of the production of mattress frames. Sun Garden, faced with growing market demand, has begun to look for new product solutions and production technologies. Prior to the submission of the application an innovative framework was submitted, patent application No P.427535 entitled ‘Wooden frame’, which obtained a favourable assessment of the UPRP (Category A) in the State of Technology Report issued on 9.11.2018. As a result of the project, a demonstration prototype installation will be created, which, due to its size and cost of production, will be used in the SG’s activities after the end of the project. By implementing the result of the project into its own production activity, the Applicant will benefit from a number of benefits: — Implementation of the original production line (full flexibility of production), — Increase in quality and efficiency of production, — Increase of oche (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. Sun Garden wobec rosnącego zapotrzebowania rynkowego, rozpoczął poszukiwania nowych rozwiązań produktowych i technologii produkcji. Przed złożeniem wniosku opracowoano nowatorską ramę, złożono wniosek patentowy nr P.427535 pt."Rama drewniana”, który uzyskał pozytywną ocenę UPRP (kategorie A) w wydanym 9.11.2018 "Sprawozdaniu o stanie techniki". Dzięki wdrożeniu rezultatu projektu do własnej działalności produkcyjnej, Wnioskodawca odniesie szereg korzyści: - Wdrożenie autorskiej linii technologicznej (pełna elastyczność produkcji), - Wzrost jakości i wydajności produkcji, - Wzrost osz (Polish)
