Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article: 25 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project will result in product innovation on an international scale, in the form of a new product — iVoting system will enable secure, strong, unambiguous, electronic confirmation of the voter’s identity using blockchain technology. It will be possible to carry out all kinds of votes (with the exception of general elections, i.e. national elections) and electronically sign all kinds of documents by “voting” (private keys) using smartphones. The results of industrial research and development work will be introduced into the Applicant’s own business activity by starting to sell services on the basis of the results of the project mainly in the form of a subscription to the system. The target market for the result of this project is primarily legal entities, in the second place the solution will be addressed to the Local Government Units (hereinafter: JST), in the third opinion poll. The solution designed for implementation by the Applicant does not have direct competition on the market, taking into account the complexity of the planned solution and the scale of the technical work. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Rezultatem projektu będzie innowacja produktowa na skalę międzynarodową, w postaci nowego produktu - systemu iVoting umożliwi bezpieczne, silne, jednoznaczne, elektroniczne potwierdzenie tożsamości głosującego z wykorzystaniem technologii blockchain. Za pomocą systemu możliwe będzie przeprowadzenie wszelkiego rodzaju głosowań (z wyjątkiem wyborów powszechnych, tj. ogólnokrajowych) oraz elektroniczne podpisywanie wszelkiego rodzaju dokumentów poprzez “zagłosowanie” (kluczami prywatnymi) przy użyciu smartfonów. Wprowadzenie wyników badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych do własnej działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy nastąpi poprzez rozpoczęcie sprzedaży usług na bazie uzyskanych wyników projektu głównie w postaci sprzedaży abonamentu dostępu do systemu. Rynkiem docelowym dla rezultatu niniejszego projektu są w pierwszej kolejności podmioty prawne, w drugiej kolejności rozwiązanie będzie kierowane dla Jednostek Samorządu Terytorialnego (dalej: JST), w trzeciej ośrodków badania opinii publicznej. Projektowane do realizacji przez Wnioskodawcę rozwiązanie nie ma na rynku bezpośredniej konkurencji, biorąc pod uwagę kompleksowość zaplanowanego rozwiązania oraz skalę prac technicznych. (Polish)
