Стопанството е растениевъдно, свързано с отглеждането на овощни насаждения – праскови и зеленчуци на открито. Разположено е в землището на гр. Сливен, община Сливен, обл. Сливен. Овощните насаждения са разположени на 2 парцела, стопанисвани по силата на договор за наем, а ПИ на който се отглеждат зеленчуците е собственост на кандидата. Всички площи са поливни, като има изградена система за капково напояване. При прасковите сортовият състав е съобразен с почвено климатичните условия. Отглеждат се предимно сортове за прясна консумация и клингови /за преработка/. На ПИ с площ 5,701 дк се отглеждат зеленчуци на открито – като предкултура спанак и основна култура домати. През настоящата стопанска 2017/2018 година кандидатът обработва 10,701 дк овощни градини с праскови и 5,701 декара зеленчуци. През настоящата година е сключил договор със сертифицираща организация за преминаване към биологично отглеждане на овощните насаждения. Планира да закупи 6.000 дк земеделска земя и на нея да създаде овощно насаждение от праскови, които да отглежда също по биологичен начин Към момента кандидатът не разполага с необходимата земеделска техника и ползва външни механизирани услуги. Намеренията му са да инвестира част от средствата в закупуването на моторна косачка за воденето на механичната борба с плевелите в насажденията. Наред с подобряване на материалното състояние на стопанството кандидатът ще извърши необходимото за придобиване на професионални умения и компетентности чрез преминаване на обучение от минимум от 150 ч. в областта на селското стопанство, включващ обучение по основни проблеми по опазване компонентите на околната среда в земеделския сектор по подмярка 1.1 „Професионално обучение и придобиване на умения“. Проектът си поставя и цели със социална насоченост - разкриване на нови работни места. Предвижданията на кандидата са да създаде допълнителна заетост чрез разкриване на едно ново работно място с производствена насоченост в стопанството. (Bulgarian)

The holding is plant-related to the cultivation of orchards such as peaches and vegetables in the open air. It is located in the land of Sliven, Sliven municipality, region. It’s Sliven. The orchards are located on two plots of land managed under a lease agreement and the PI on which the vegetables are grown is owned by the applicant. All areas are irrigated, with a drip irrigation system built. In the case of peaches, the varietal composition shall take into account soil climatic conditions. Mainly varieties for fresh consumption and Klingu/for processing are grown. In the area of 5,701 dc, the GOI grows vegetables in the open — as a pre-culture spinach and a basic tomato crop. In the current 2017/2018 business year, the applicant processes 10,701 dk of orchards with peaches and 5,701 acres of vegetables. It has concluded a contract with a certification organisation for the conversion to organic farming of the fruit plantations this year. He plans to buy 6.000 dk of agricultural land and on it to create a fruit plantation of peaches, which can also grow organically. Currently, the applicant does not have the necessary agricultural equipment and uses external mechanised services. His intentions are to invest some of the funds in the purchase of a motor lawnmower for the mechanical control of weeds in the plantations. In addition to improving the farm’s physical condition, the applicant will carry out the necessary training to acquire professional skills and competences through a minimum training of 150 hours in the field of agriculture, including training on key environmental issues in the agricultural sector under sub-measure 1.1 ‘Professional training and skills acquisition’. L’exploitation est liée à la culture de vergers tels que les pêches et les légumes en plein air. Il est situé dans le pays de Sliven, municipalité de Sliven, région. C’est Sliven. Les vergers sont situés sur deux parcelles de terrain gérées en vertu d’un contrat de bail et le PI sur lequel les légumes sont cultivés appartient au demandeur. Toutes les zones sont irriguées, avec un système d’irrigation goutte-à-goutte construit. Dans le cas des pêches, la composition variétale tient compte des conditions climatiques du sol. Principalement les variétés destinées à la consommation fraîche et Klingu/à la transformation sont cultivées. Dans la zone de 5 701 ms, les pouvoirs publics indiens cultivent des légumes en plein air — en tant qu’épinards pré-culture et culture de tomates de base. Au cours de l’exercice 2017/2018 en cours, le demandeur traite 10 701 dk de vergers avec des pêches et 5 701 acres de légumes. Elle a conclu un contrat avec un organisme de certification pour la conversion en agriculture biologique des plantations fruitières cette année. Il a l’intention d’acheter 6.000 dk de terres agricoles et sur elle de créer une plantation fruitière de pêches, qui peut également pousser de manière biologique. Actuellement, le demandeur ne dispose pas de l’équipement agricole nécessaire et utilise des services mécanisés externes. Son intention est d’investir une partie des fonds dans l’achat d’une tondeuse à gazon pour le contrôle mécanique des mauvaises herbes dans les plantations. Outre l’amélioration de l’état physique de l’exploitation, le demandeur effectuera la formation nécessaire pour acquérir des aptitudes et des compétences professionnelles grâce à une formation minimale de 150 heures dans le domaine de l’agriculture, y compris une formation sur des questions environnementales clés dans le secteur agricole au titre de la sous-mesure 1.1 «Formation professionnelle et acquisition de compétences». Le projet fixe également des objectifs sociaux — créer de nouveaux emplois. Les projections de la requérante sont de créer des emplois supplémentaires en ouvrant un nouvel emploi ayant un but de production dans l’exploitation. (French)
