Celem strategicznym przedsięwzięcia jest zachowanie i poprawa stanu siedlisk i gatunków związanych z mozaiką ekosystemów powstałą wskutek wielowiekowej, ekstensywnej działalności człowieka w pasach bagiennych Puszczy Kampinoskiej. Obszar przedsięwzięcia zlokalizowany jest w środkowej i południowej części Kampinoskiego Parku Narodowego, w obrębie pasów bagiennych. Tereny te przed wiekami zostały w znacznej mierze wylesione i zmeliorowane na potrzeby gospodarki rolnej. Obecnie rolnictwo intensywne jest tu nieopłacalne i niezgodne z celami ochrony przyrody. Coraz więcej gruntów jest porzucanych przez właścicieli. Wskutek tego cenne siedliska nieleśne ulegają degeneracji: zarastają, są zaśmiecane i pojawiają się na nich obce gatunki roślin. W ramach niniejszego projektu zaplanowano podjęcie działań ochronnych na obszarze 140 ha. Działania te obejmują zabiegi ochrony czynnej: koszenia, odkrzaczania, zwalczanie gatunków obcych zielnych i drzewiastych, wspieranie sukcesji naturalnej, stref ekotonowych oraz tworzenie remiz śródpolnych, wykup 70 ha gruntów i rozbiórki starych zabudowań, przystosowanie piwniczek na zimowiska dla nietoperzy, inwentaryzację przyrodniczą wykupionych gruntów oraz monitoring zbiorowisk łąkowych i murawowych. Dzięki realizacji tego projektu możliwe będzie zachowanie i poprawa stanu następujących siedlisk przyrodniczych i gatunków: muraw ciepłolubnych, łąk świeżych, łęgów olszowo-jesionowych, grądów subkontynentalnych, gąsiorka, jarzębatki, bociana czarnego, orlika krzykliwego, lerki, błotniaka stawowego, zalotki większej i mopka. The strategic goal of the project is to preserve and improve the status of habitats and species associated with the mosaic of ecosystems created by centuries of extensive human activity in the swamp belts of the Kampinos Forest. The area of the project is located in the central and southern parts of Kampinos National Park, within the swamp belts. Centuries ago, these lands were largely deforested and mined for farming purposes. Today, intensive farming is unprofitable and incompatible with nature conservation objectives. More and more land is being abandoned by the owners. As a result, precious non-forest habitats are degenerated: they grow, they are littered, and alien plant species appear on them. Under this project, protective measures are planned in the area of 140 ha. These activities include active protection procedures: mowing, shredding, combating herbaceous and woody species, support for natural succession, ecotone zones and the creation of in-field houses, purchase of 70 hectares of land and demolition of old buildings, adaptation of cellars for bats, natural inventory of land purchased, and monitoring of meadow and grassland communities. Through this project, it will be possible to preserve and improve the status of the following natural habitats and species: hot grass, fresh meadows, alder-ash, subcontinental grits, caterpillars, hawks, black storks, flashy eagles, lerks, joint mud, larger suits and mop. L’objectif stratégique du projet est de préserver et d’améliorer l’état des habitats et des espèces associés à la mosaïque des écosystèmes créée par l’activité humaine étendue séculaire dans les zones marécageuses de la forêt de Kampinoska. La zone du projet est située dans le centre et le sud du parc national de Kampinos, dans les zones marécageuses. Ces terres ont été en grande partie déboisées et déboisées à des fins agricoles il y a des siècles. L’agriculture intensive est actuellement non rentable et incompatible avec les objectifs de conservation de la nature. De plus en plus de terres sont abandonnées par les propriétaires. En conséquence, les habitats non forestiers de valeur sont dégénérés: ils poussent, ils sont jonchés et des espèces végétales exotiques apparaissent sur eux. Dans le cadre de ce projet, des mesures de conservation sont prévues sur une superficie de 140 hectares. Ces activités comprennent des traitements de protection active: fauchage, épluchage, lutte contre les espèces exotiques herbacées et ligneuses, soutien à la succession naturelle, zones écologiques et création d’incendies de champs, acquisition de 70 hectares de terres et démolition de bâtiments anciens, adaptation des caves pour l’hivernage des chauves-souris, inventaire naturel des terres achetées et surveillance des communautés de prairies et de prairies. Ce projet permettra la conservation et l’amélioration des habitats et des espèces naturels suivants: prairies philanthropiques thermiques, prairies fraîches, poutres d’aulne et de frêne, cornes sous-continentales, oies, corbeaux, cigogne noire, aigle flashy, lrk, harrier commun, harrier et boueux.
