Фирма "Воденичаров и син“ООД е регистрирана през 2015г. в град Панагюрище. Дейността на фирмата е насочена към проектиране и изработката на машини за печат и детайли от метал, чрез металообработка. Предприятието е ситуирано в наета производствена база в град Панагюрище. За извършването на дейността си фирмата разполага с универсални и програмни 2, 3, 4 и 5 осни металообработващи машини. В дружеството работят 8 служители на пълен работен ден.Ръководството на фирмата осъзнава, че осигуряването на здравословни и безопасни условия по време на работния процес е неделима част от организацията на всяка трудова дейност и необходимо условие за постигане на по-висока конкурентоспособност на продукцията и услугите, увеличаване на доходите и печалбата на предприятието, и утвърждаване и развитие на бизнеса.Потребностите, които проектът ще задоволи са свързани подобряване на работната среда в предприятията, чрез осигуряване на добри и безопасни условия на труд и управлението на човешките ресурси, което от своя страна се очаква да подобри качеството на работните места и да рефлектира положително върху производителността на труда в предприятието, което ще бъде реализирано чрез:- Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд, подобряване на професионалния и здравен статус на работниците и служителите чрез осигуряване на ЛПС, средства за колективна защита чрез обезопасяване на съоръжения, защита от прах, токсични и други вредни вещества.В проекта са предвидени за изпълнение и двете задължителни дейности, свързани с организация и управление, и визуализация и публичност. Проектното предложение е разработено в съответствие с постигане на устойчиво социално-икономическо развитие и съхраняване на местната идентичност на територията на МИГ "Панагюрище, Стрелча, Лесичово" чрез ефективно използване на местните ресурси, както и със Стратегическата рамка на ЕС за периода 2014-2020г. The company is situated in a rented production facility in the town of Panagyurishte. For carrying out its activities, the company has universal and program 2, 3, 4 and 5 axis machine tools. The company employs 8 full-time employees. The company’s management realises that ensuring health and safety during the working process is an integral part of the organisation of any work activity and a necessary condition for achieving higher competitiveness of production and services, increasing the income and profit of the enterprise, and establishing and developing the business.The needs that the project will satisfy are related improvement of the working environment in the enterprises, by providing good and safe working conditions and human resources management, which, in turn, is expected to improve the quality of workplaces and to positively affect the productivity of the company, which will be realised through:- Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving the occupational and health status of employees by providing PPE, means of collective protection by securing equipment, protection against dust, toxic and other harmful substances.The project is designed to implement both mandatory activities related to organisation and management, and visualisation and publicity. The project proposal is developed in accordance with the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and preservation of local identity on the territory of LAG Panagyurishte, Strelcha, Lesichovo through efficient use of local resources, as well as with the EU Strategic Framework 2014-2020. Pour mener à bien ses activités, l’entreprise dispose de machines-outils universelles et programme 2, 3, 4 et 5 axes. L’entreprise emploie 8 employés à temps plein. La direction de l’entreprise se rend compte que garantir la santé et la sécurité pendant le processus de travail est une partie intégrante de l’organisation de toute activité de travail et une condition nécessaire pour atteindre une plus grande compétitivité de la production et des services, augmenter les revenus et les bénéfices de l’entreprise, et établir et développer l’entreprise.Les besoins que le projet va satisfaire sont l’amélioration connexe de l’environnement de travail dans les entreprises, en fournissant des conditions de travail saines et sûres et la gestion des ressources humaines, qui, à son tour, est censé améliorer la qualité des lieux de travail et d’affecter positivement la productivité de l’entreprise, qui sera réalisée par:- Assurer des conditions de travail sûres et saines, améliorer le statut professionnel et sanitaire des employés en fournissant des EPI, des moyens de protection collective par la sécurisation des équipements, la protection contre les poussières, toxiques et autres substances nocives.Le projet est conçu pour mettre en œuvre à la fois des activités obligatoires liées à l’organisation et à la gestion, ainsi que la visualisation et la publicité. La proposition de projet est élaborée conformément à la réalisation d’un développement socio-économique durable et à la préservation de l’identité locale sur le territoire du GAL Panagyurishte, Strelcha et Lesichovo grâce à une utilisation efficace des ressources locales, ainsi qu’au cadre stratégique de l’UE pour la période 2014-2020.
