Проектното предложение предвижда създаване на първият сервизен автоцентър в гр. Земен ,който ще е разположен върху имот УПИ XIV ,кв. 3 , отреден за складово стопанство с площ 7 833 кв.м , находящ се в населената част на гр. Земен , Община Земен , Област Перник. За намиращата се в имота действаща бензиностанция "Радиус Р" се предвижда подмяна на остарелите две колонки изграждане на навес и външна бетонова настилка. Реконструкцията на сградата в имота предвижда : нова дограма ,нови преградни стени , нови врати ,обособяване на три отделни помещения със следното предназначение:1. Смяна, монтаж, демонтаж, баланс на автомобилни гуми, смяна на автомобилни масла и филтри ;2. Пункт за технически преглед ;3.Складово помещение . (Bulgarian)

The project proposal provides for the creation of the first service centre in the town of Zemen, which will be located on a property UPI XIV, sq. 3, dedicated to a warehouse holding with an area of 7 833 sq.m, located in the populated part of the town of Zemen, Municipality of Zemen, Pernik region. For the active service station “Radius R” located in the property, it is envisaged to replace the old two columns construction of a canopy and external concrete flooring. The reconstruction of the building in the property provides: new window frames, new partition walls, new doors, separation of three separate rooms with the following purpose:1. Replacement, assembly, disassembly, tyre balance, replacement of automotive oils and filters;2. Technical inspection point;3.Storage room. (English)

La proposition de projet prévoit la création du premier centre de service dans la ville de Zemen, qui sera situé sur une propriété UPI XIV, sq. 3, dédié à une exploitation d’entrepôt d’une superficie de 7 833 m², situé dans la partie peuplée de la ville de Zemen, municipalité de Zemen, région de Pernik. Pour la station-service active «Radius R» située dans la propriété, il est envisagé de remplacer les anciennes constructions de deux colonnes d’un couvert et des planchers en béton extérieur. La reconstruction du bâtiment dans la propriété prévoit: nouveaux cadres de fenêtres, nouveaux murs de cloison, nouvelles portes, séparation de trois pièces séparées avec l’objectif suivant:1. Remplacement, assemblage, démontage, équilibre des pneumatiques, remplacement des huiles et des filtres automobiles;2. Point d’inspection technique;3.Salle de stockage. (French)
