Обща цел: Подобряване качеството на работната среда в „АКВА-3“ ООД, чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд /ДБУТ/, както и ефективни и гъвкави форми на организация на трудa и управление на човешките ресурси /ЧР/, което от своя страна се очаква да подобри качеството на работните места и да рефлектира положително върху производителността на труда в предприятиетоСпецифични цели: • Оптимизация на работните процеси, въвеждане на гъвкави форми на заетост и други практики за по-лесно съвместяване на професионалния и личния живот• Обезпечаване на предприятието със софтуер за управление на ЧР• Въвеждане на иновативен модел за организацията на труда, насочен към повишаване на производителността и опазване на околната среда• Осигуряване на организиран транспорт до и от работното място за заетите лица за период от 12 м.• Осигуряване на ДБУТ и подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите, чрез изграждане на климатична и аспирационна инсталация на Цех за производство на PVC и алуминиева дограма• Осигуряване на социални придобивки за работещите, чрез извършване на ремонт и оборудване на места за хранене и краткотраен отдих и осигуряване на достъп за хора с увреждания до тяхЗа да се постигнат заложените резултати, с проекта се предвижда да бъдат изпълнени следните дейности:• Организация и управление• Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на системи за развитие на ЧР• Осигуряване на организиран транспорт до и от работното място• Осигуряване на ДБУТ и подобряване професионалния и здравния статус на служителите• Осигуряване на социални придобивки за работещите• Осигуряване на информация и публичностОбщ размер на допустимите разходи: 276 258лв, Размер на БФП: 276 258лв (100%), Продължителност: 17 мОчаквани резултати: Подобрено качество на работната среда в „АКВА-3“ ООД, чрез осигурени ДБУТ в предприятието; повишена информираност сред обществеността за финансовия принос на ЕС за реализирането на проекта (Bulgarian)
