Through the realisation of the project aims to improve the working environment in “Hlebozavod Strazhitsa” Ltd., by developing and introducing a system for human resources development in the enterprise. The project activities are aimed at all 109 employees of “Hlebozavod Strazhitsa” Ltd., who are included as a target group. We envisage support measures for 19 people over 54 years of age and for people with disabilities — 5 people. The main activities of the project include: — Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for the development of human resources in the enterprise and introduction of innovative models for work organisation, such as optimising work processes and creating opportunities for flexible forms of employment, introducing practices for extending the working life of workers over 54 years of age, measures promoting the reconciliation of work, family and private life.- Providing safe and healthy working conditions through the purchase of personal protective equipment and special workwear.- Trainings on the specific health risks related to the individual workplace and the methods and means for their limitation and prevention.- Provide social benefits for workers — creating a place for recreation and rest in the yard of the project; optimisation of processes and management of human resources, preservation of workers’ health and reduction of work traumatism, which will positively affect labor productivity in the enterprise. Чрез реализиране на проекта се цели да бъде подобрена работната среда в "Хлебозавод Стражица" ООД, чрез разработване и въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието. Дейностите в проекта са насочени към всички 109 работници и служители на "Хлебозавод Стражица" ООД, които са включени като целева група. Предвиждаме мерки за подкрепа на 19 души над 54 годишна възраст и на хора с увреждания - 5 души. В основните дейности по проекта е заложено: - Разработване, адаптиране и въвеждане на система за развитие на човешките ресурси в предприятието и въвеждане на иновативни модели за организация на труда, като оптимизиране на работните процеси и създаване на възможности за гъвкави форми на заетост, въвеждане на практики за удължаване на професионалния живот на работниците и служители над 54г. възраст., мерки насърчаващи съвместяването на професионалния, семейния и личния живот.- Осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд чрез закупуване на лични предпазни средства и специално работно облекло.- Обучения относно специфичните рискове за здравето, свързани с индивидуалното работно място и методите и средствата за тяхното ограничаване и предотвратяване.- Осигуряване на социални придобивки за работещите - създаване на кът за отдих и почивки в двора на предприятието.Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за подобряване работната среда и качеството на работните места; оптимизация на процесите и управлението на човешките ресурси, запазване на здравето на работещите и ограничаване на трудовия травматизъм, което ще се отрази положително върху производителността на труда в предприятието.
