The project will implement an important part of a larger investment programme for growth and competitiveness of Universalstroy Ltd. as a representative of the target group (SME). This will be done by implementing energy efficiency improvement measures identified in the energy audit report carried out by a person registered in the public register under Article 60(1) of the Energy Efficiency Act, as well as in accordance with all other requirements of the procedure.The measures envisaged, presented in a more descriptive form, are:1. Purchase and implementation in the production of a new EPS cutting machine (expanded polystyrene, styrofoam) — replacement of existing;2. Purchase and implementation in the production of a new EPS packaging machine — replacement of an existing one;3. Replacement of windows in Building 1 — main production body;4. Replacement of windows in Building 2 — workshop for the production of paints;5. Replacement of windows and roof materials in Building 3 — workshop for EPS production;6. Construction of an installation for recovery of waste heat from compressors in Building 3;7. Replacement of an existing forklift fuelled with LPG;8. Introduction and certification of energy management systems in enterprises according to the requirements of standard BDS EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems)/EN ISO 50001. As a result of the implementation of the project will be achieved: — reduced energy consumption with planned energy savings of 34.5 %;- increase of production capacity (almost 2 times) of EPS, reducing specific energy consumption, with energy savings factor (ESR) total: 46.19 %;- improved working conditions in the main 3 production buildings;- reducing at least twice the production waste per unit of production in the production of EPS blocks, reducing dust emissions. Проектът ще изпълни важна част от по-голяма инвестиционна програма за растеж и повишаване на конкурентоспособността на "Универсалстрой" ООД, като представител на целевата група (МСП). Това ще стане чрез изпълнение на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност, идентифицирани в доклада за енергиен одит, извършен от лице, вписано в публичния регистър по чл. 60, ал. 1 от ЗЕЕ, както и в съответствие със всички други изисквания на процедурата.Предвидените мерки, представени в по-описателен вид са :1. Закупуване и внедряване в производството на нова машина за рязане на EPS (експандиран полистирен, стиропор) - подмяна на съществуваща;2. Закупуване и внедряване в производството на нова пакетажна машина за EPS - подмяна на съществуваща;3. Подмяна на прозорци в Сграда 1 - основен производствен корпус;4. Подмяна на прозорци в Сграда 2 - цех за производство на бои;5. Подмяна на прозорци и материали на покрива в Сграда 3 - цех за производство на EPS;6. Изграждане на инсталация за утилизация на отпадна топлина от компресорите в Сграда 3;7. Подмяна на съществуващ мотокар, работещ с дизелово гориво с такъв, работещ с пропан-бутан;8. Внедряване на система за мониторинг на енергопотреблението;Допълнително при изпълнение на проекта е предвидено въвеждане и сертифициране на системи за енергиен мениджмънт в предприятията съгласно изискванията на стандарт БДС EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems)/EN ISO 50001.В резултат от изпълнението на проекта ще се постигне:- намалено потребление на използваната енергия с планирани енергийни спестявания от 34,5%;- увеличаване на производствения капацитет (почти 2 пъти) на EPS, при намаляване на специфичното потребление на енергия, с фактор на енергийни спестявания (ESR) общо: 46,19%;- подобрени условия за труд в основните 3 производствени сгради;- намаляване поне двукратно на производствените отпадъци на единица продукция при производството на EPS блокове, намаляване на емисиите от прах.
