The project “Creating conditions for increasing labour productivity and more sustainable employment through flexible employment opportunities and trainings in Tera Tour Service Ltd.” aims to provide an opportunity to increase the skills of inactive and unemployed people, as well as those already employed, according to the current needs of the company. It is envisaged that periods with less employment will be used for training employees. In the weaker periods of the year “Tera Tour Service” Ltd. will train a suitable workforce to use in periods of more intense intensity.The project will employ 95 unemployed or inactive persons who will be given the opportunity to obtain professional qualification in the following professions: Valet, Chef, Serviteur-Barman. The training will be carried out and the learners will be employed on a part-time basis. In addition, newcomers from the inactive and unemployed group will receive incentives in the form of scholarships. After the training period, non-subsidised employment will be provided under the following headings “Chamber/Chamber, Hotel”, “Cooker”, “Assistant Chef”, “Barman” and “Serviteur”. 25 of the employees employed in the company will be provided with training in key competence 4 “Communication of foreign languages”. 120 persons from both target groups (unemployed/inactive and employed) will be provided with training on key competence 6 “Public and civic competences”. Organisation and management of the project as well as awareness and publicity will be ensured. (English)

    Проектът "Създаване на условия за повишаване на производителността на труда и по – устойчива заетост чрез гъвкави възможности за заетост и обучения в "Тера Тур Сервиз" ЕООД" цели да предостави възможност за повишаване адекватността на уменията на неактивни и безработни лица, както и на вече заетите, съобразно с актуалните нужди на компанията Предвижда се периодите с по-малка заетост да се използват за обучение на служителите. В по-слабите периоди от годината "Тера Тур Сервиз" ЕООД ще обучи подходяща работна сила, която да използва в периодите с по-наситен интензитет.В рамките на проекта ще бъдат наети 95 безработни или неактивни лица, на които ще бъде предоставена възможност да получат професионална квалификация по следните професии: Камериер, Готвач, Сервитьор-Барман. Обучението ще бъде проведено, като обучаемите ще бъдат наети на непълен работен ден. В допълнение обучаващите се новонаети от групата на неактивни и безработни лица, ще получават стимули под формата на стипендии. След периода на обучение ще бъде осигурена несубсидирана заетост по следните позиции "Камериер/Камериерка, хотел", "Готвач", "Помощник готвач", "Барман" и "Сервитьор". На 25 от заетите в компанията служители ще бъде предоставено обучение по ключова компетентност 4 "Общуване на чужди езици". На 120 лица от двете целеви групи (безработни /неактивни и заети лица) ще се предостави обучение по ключова компетентност 6 "Обществени и граждански компетентности".
