Sempe 2 Ltd. is a company with the main activity of buying, storing, and trading cereals and oilseeds. In connection with our desire to constantly improve working conditions, the following objectives are set for this project: The general objective — improving the working environment in Sampe 2 Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions, innovative processes in human resources management and social benefits. The specific objectives of this project proposal are: — to introduce innovative practices for easier reconciliation of personal and professional life of employees in Sempe 2 EOOD, extension of working lives, better internal communication;- to provide personal and collective protective equipment, to increase competences for specific risks; — to provide social benefits for workers. In order to achieve the objectives, we have planned the following activities: — Introduction of flexible working hours, introduction of professional life extension practices, purchase of human resources management software, introduction of an innovative internal communication system. — Provision of collective and PPE, training for specific risks; — Repair/equipment of places for recreation, meals, sports facilities, etc. — Organisation and management of the project — Information and publicityThe expected results of the project implementation are as follows: — Created better conditions for reconciling the private and professional life of employees and extending the working lives of persons over 54 years old, better internal communication; Improved safety and health at work; — Created social benefits for the employees;- Reserved employment of at least 50 % of the representatives of the target group, included in the project for a period of 6 months after completion of the project.- implemented resource efficiency measures by ensuring energy efficiency in the implementation of repairs and purchase of energy-saving equipment. “Семпе 2” ЕООД е дружество с основен премет на дейност изкупуване, съхранение, и търговия на зърнени и маслодайни култури.Във връзка със стремежа ни постоянно да подобряваме условията на труд, са поставени следните цели пред настоящия проект: Общата цел - подобряване на работната среда в Семпе 2 ЕООД чрез осигуряването на добри и безопасни условия на труд, иновативни процеси при управлението на човешките ресурси и социални придобивки. Специфичните цели на настоящото проектно предложение са: - да се въведат иновативни практики за по-лесно съвместяване на личен и професионален живот на заетите в Семпе 2 ЕООД, удължаване на професионалния живот, по-добра вътрешна комуникация;- да се осигурят лични и колективни предпазни средства, да се повишат компетентностите относно специфични рискове;- да се осигурят социални придобивки за работещите. За да постигнем целите, сме планирали следните дейности: - Въвеждане на гъвкаво работно време, въвеждане на практики за удължаване на проф. живот, закупуване на софтуер за управление на човешките ресурси, въвеждане на иновативна система за вътрешна комуникация. - Осигуряване на колективни и ЛПС, обучение за специфични рискове; - Ремонт/оборудване на места за отдих, хранене, спортни съоръжения и др.- Организация и управление на проекта- Информиране и публичностОчакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са следните: - Създадени по-добри условия за съвместяване на личния и проф. живот на заетите и удължаване на професионалния живот на лицата над 54 години, по-добра вътрешна комуникация; - Подобрени безопасни и здравословни условия на труд; - Създадени социални придобивки за заетите;- Запазена заетостта на поне 50% от представителите на целевата група, включени в проекта за период от 6 мес. след приключване на проекта.- осъществени мерки за ресурсна ефективност чрез осигуряване на енерг. ефективност при изпълнението на ремонти и закупуване на енергийноспестяващо оборудване.
