This project proposal is aimed at improving the educational integration of students from ethnic minorities, which will lead to their more successful professional, social and creative realisation. The general objective of this project proposal is to help students from PGTM “Hristo Botev” from ethnic minorities to build themselves as full-fledged citizens and achieve successful realisation in society. The target group is 71 pupils, 15 of whom are representatives of ethnic minorities and 35 parents, of whom 15 are students from ethnic minorities and 20 parents of pupils regardless of their ethnic background. The main activities in this project proposal have been selected in such a way as to ensure maximum achievement of the general and specific objectives set. The project will implement the following activities:1. Organisation and management of the project2. Establishment of an Entrepreneurship Club 3. Establishment of sports clubs4. Creation of dance group “Horovodets”5. Setting up an electronics club6. Establishment of a club of traditions and values7. Establishment of an Entrepreneurship Club8. Parents’ school 9. Organisation and implementation of information campaign10.Information and publicityBy the implementation of the activities foreseen under the project: — we will increase the motivation of students and parents to participate in the educational process — we will improve the conditions for equal access to school education — we will create conditions for successful socialisation of students from ethnic minorities and/or marginalised groups and mutual learning of students from ethnic minorities and their upbringing in a spirit of tolerance;- we will create prerequisites for overcoming negative social attitudes based on ethnic origin. Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към подобряване на образователната интеграция на учениците от етническите малцинства, което да доведе до тяхната по-успешна професионална, социално и творческа реализация.Общата цел на настоящото проектно предложение е да помогне на учениците от ПГТМ "Христо Ботев", произхождащи от етнически малцинства да се изградят като пълноценни граждани и да постигнат успешна реализация в обществото. Целевата група са 71 ученици, от които 15 представители на етническите малцинства и 35 родители, от които 15 на ученици от етническите малцинства и 20 родители на ученици без разлика от етническия им произход. Основните дейности в настоящото проектно предложение са подбрани така, че да гарантират в максимална степен постигане на заложените обща и специфични цели. В рамките на проекта ще бъдат реализирани следните дейности:1. Организация и управление на проекта2. Създаване на клуб по предприемачество 3.Създаване на клубове по спортни занимания4. Създаване на танцов състав "Хороводец"5. Създаване на клуб по електроника6. Създаване на клуб по традиции и ценности7. Създаване на клуб по предприемачество8. Училище за родители 9. Организиране и провеждане на информационна кампания10.Информиране и публичностЧрез реализирането на предвидените по проекта дейности: - ние ще повишим мотивацията на учениците и родителите за участие в образователния процес- ние ще подобрим условията за равен достъп до училищното образование- ние ще създадем условия за успешна социализация на учениците от етнически малцинства и/или от маргинализирани групи и взаимно опознаване на учениците от етническите малцинства и възпитанието им в дух на толерантност;- ние ще създадем предпоставки за преодоляване на негативните обществени нагласи, основани на етнически произход.
