To restructure the holding and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will continue to cultivate available permanent crops and increase the area of the holding through the renting/purchase of land and the creation of a cherry garden. The new garden will be established in autumn 2019. (November-December 2019). The creation of the garden will meet the requirements of Objective 1 “Increasing the economic size of the agricultural holding by at least EUR 2 000 standard production volume” and Objective 6 “New permanent crops, berries and vineyards, including wine — at least 2 decares” created. The establishment of the garden will be the investment/activity with which the farmer will start the implementation of the business plan after the submission of the project proposal, but no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the financial aid contract. To reduce the cost of external mechanised services and to keep gardens in good agricultural condition, the farmer plans to buy a trimmer/mower in October 2020. In order to meet the Community Standards on Phytosanitary Requirements and the Plant Protection Act, the farmer will continue to keep the logbooks strictly and undergo a course of handling preparations for R.H. in December 2020. In this way, Objective 4 “Reaching compliance with the Community Standards as regards veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, animal welfare, environmental protection, hygiene, safety and safety at work” will be met. За преструктуриране на стопанството и адаптипането му към пазарните условия, земеделският стопанин ще продължи да отглежда наличните трайни насаждения и ще увеличи площите на стопанството чрез наемане/закупуване на земя и създаване на черешова градина. Новата градина ще бъде създадена през есента на 2019г. (ноември-декември 2019г.) . Със създаването на градината ще се изпълни изискванията на Цел 1.„Увеличаване икономическия размер на земеделското стопанство с минимум с 2000 евро стандартен производиствен обем” и Цел 6 "Създадени нови трайни насаждения, ягодоплодни и лозя, включително винени - най-малко 2 дка". Създаването на градината ще е инвестицията/дейността с която фермерът ще стартира изпълнение на бизнес плана след подаване на проектното предложение, но не по-късно от девет месеца, считано от датата на сключване на договора за предоставяне на финансова помощ. За намаляване на разходите за външни механизирани услуги и за поддържане на градините в добро земеделско състояние, фермерът предвижда да закупи тример/косачка през октомври 2020г.. За да отговори стопанството на Стандартите на Общността по отношение на фитосанитарните изисквания и Закона за защита на растенията фермерът ще продължи стриктно да води дневниците и ще премине курс за работа с препарати за Р.З. през декември 2020г. По този начин ще бъде изпълнена цел 4 "Достигане на съответствие със Стандартите на Общността по отношение на ветеринарните и фитосанитарните изисквания, хуманното отношение към животните, опазването на околната среда, хигиената, сигурността и безопасните условия на труд".
