This project proposal provides for the purchase, supply, installation and commissioning of a new, modern asphalt mixer (Asphalt Base) for the production of various asphalt mixtures (Measure 1 of the energy audit). The new equipment has higher productivity and lower energy consumption per unit of output. The planned asphalt mixer has a total installed capacity of 460 kW and a mixing capacity of 160 t/h. There is also a bitumen holding with electric heating. The new asphalt mixer will include the following main modules: 1 Pre-dose2 Dryer drum3 Hot 4 Filter installation5 junction and mixing tower6 Dosing system for liquid additives7 Bunker for finished mixture8 Power supply with own powder and stone flour9 bitumen holding with electric heat10 System with jet nozzle11 Control center The new installation has a performance at times greater than the old one, resulting in much lower energy consumption per unit of production. In addition, in the production of asphalt, the asphalt mixer will work with recycled raw materials (recycled aggregates). The beneficiary foresees to introduce a system for energy management/energy management/and certification under BDS EN ISO 50001 within the project. These activities will reduce the cost of energy resources, limit the consumption of energy resources and thus protect the environment. The project will have a deadline of 18 months and will have a total value of BGN 2 580 479.00 excluding VAT. (English)

    Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда закупуване, доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на нов, модерен Асфалтосмесител (Асфалтова База) за производство на различни асфалтови смеси (Мярка 1 от енергийния одит). Новото оборудване е с по-висока производителност и по-ниско енергопотребление на единица продукция. Предвиденият за закупуване асфалтосмесител е с обща инсталирана мощност 460 kW и смесителен капацитет 160 т/ч. В комплект към него има и битумно стопанство с електрически подгрев. Новият асфалтосмесител ще включва следните основни модули: 1 Предварително дозиране2 Сушилен барабан3 Горелка4 Филтърна инсталация5 Пресевна и смесителна кула6 Дозираща система за течни добавки7 Бункер за готова смес8 Захранване със собствен прах и каменно брашно9 Битумно стопанство с електрически подгрев10 Система със струйни дюзи11 Център за управлениеНовата инсталация е с производителност в пъти по-голяма от старата, което води след себе си много по-нисък разход на енергия за единица произведена продукция. В допълнение, при производството на асфалт, асфалтосмесителят ще работи с рециклирани суровини (рециклирани инертни материали).Бенефициентът предвижда в рамките на проекта да въведе и система за енергиен мениджмънт /управление на енергията/ и сертифициране по БДС EN ISO 50001. Тези дейности ще доведат до намаляване на разходите за енергийни ресурси, ограничаване на потреблението на енергийни ресурси и по този начин – опазване на околната среда.
