The present project envisages increasing the skills of the target groups by tailoring them to the needs of the applicant. This will be done through a set of measures that are consistent with the objectives and priorities of Operational Programme “Human Resources 2014-2020”. The activity of the candidate “Pirinturist 2002” Ltd. falls within Sector I “Hotels and Restaurants” and therefore has variable intensity during the different periods of the year. The workload is highest during the summer months — between June and August — at which time the need for qualified staff was particularly high. Therefore, this project proposal provides for training of unemployed persons during the period with low intensity of the activity and their inclusion in unsubsidised employment during the active tourist season. The persons included in the project will undergo three months vocational training to improve the professional qualification and one month training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of foreign languages”. After their completion, the graduates will be issued the relevant certificates and certificates attesting the acquired knowledge and skills. After passing the trainings with the persons, employment contracts for work will be concluded during the active tourist season — June-August. After completion of the project activities, 25 % of the trained persons over a period of three months. (English)

    Настоящето проектно предвижда повишаване на адекватността на уменията на лицата от целевите групи, като ги съобрази с нуждите на кандидата. Това ще се осъществи чрез набор от мерки, които са съобразени с целите и приоритетите на Оперативна програма "Човешки ресурси 2014-2020".Дейността на кандидата "Пиринтурист 2002" ЕООД попада в Сектор I "Хотелиерство и ресторантьорство" и поради това е с променлив интензитет през различните периоди на годината. Натовареността е най-голяма през летните месеци - между юни и август, като по това време необходимостта от квалифициран персонал е особено висока. Поради това, настоящето проектно предложение предвижда обучаване на безработни лица през периода с нисък интензитет на дейността и включването им в несубсидирана заетост през активния туристически сезон.Включените в проекта лица ще преминат през тримесечно професионално обучение за повишаване на професионалната квалификация и едномесечно обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици." След приключването им на завършилите лица ще бъдат издадени съответните свидетелства и сертификати, удостоверяващи придобитите знания и умения. След преминаване на обученията с лицата ще бъдат сключени трудови договори за работа през активния туристически сезон - юни-август. След приключване изпълнението на дейностите по проекта 25% от обучените лица за период от три месеца. (Bulgarian)
