One of the basic conditions to achieve this is that the work is carried out by a highly qualified and experienced team. Therefore, a sustainable priority for the company, both before and now, is investing in the regular upgrading of the skills and qualifications of its employees. On-the-job training is one of the components laid down as a priority in the company’s work, as it facilitates faster adaptation and successful introduction of employees in the specifics of the work, and creates prerequisites for increasing their commitment and retention in the organisation. Therefore, the applicant envisages conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualifications. The employees of “Opus 44” Ltd. will have the opportunity to acquire a professional qualification that will build on and complement their knowledge and skills, which will contribute to improving the quality of the workforce and will expand the scope not only of the tasks they can perform within the company, but also the overall range of skills, which is essential for their successful realisation on the labor market. The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to increasing the capacity of the employees of the company and is in line with the processes of lifelong learning as a condition for maintaining and increasing their competitiveness on the labour market.
