With the realisation of this project, the Municipality of Svilengrad envisages to carry out repairs and restoration of the proper operational condition of a dam. “Kelandzhika”, in the land of Dimitrovche village, municipality. It’s Svilengrad. The measures set out in the Work project are related to increasing the protection and preparedness for adequate response of the population to floods in order to protect human health, business, infrastructure and the environment from flooding. The location of Yazovira is in the land of the village of Dimitrovche, just above the village itself. It was built in 1971 as a multi-annual equaliser for the main purpose of irrigation. The dam is on the tributary of the river Lefchenska, which is part of an area with significant potential flood risk (RZPRN) Maritsa, a border with code MA_01. Under the dam are located the villages Generalovo and Kapitan Andreevo and the border checkpoint Kapitan Andreevo. The repair and reconstruction of the dam wall and facilities will reduce the likelihood of flooding on the river Lefchenska and on the Maritsa — villages and border checkpoints, which fall within RZPRN MA_01 — Maritsa — border. At present, the technical condition of the dam is defined as pre-emergency in accordance with Article 48(4) of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for carrying out the technical and safe operation of the dams and their facilities. technological security; environmental impacts will be restored: main vent, dry chamber (apparatus) and extinguishing chamber. A new overflow, an extinguishing well and a rapid water well will be built. It is planned to build a Control Measuring System (CIS) to monitor the horizontal and vertical movements of the dam. С реализацията на настоящият проект Община Свиленград предвижда да бъде осъществен ремонт и възстановяване на изправното експлоатационно състояние на яз. „Kеланджика“, в землището на с. Димитровче, общ. Свиленград. Заложените мерки в Работният проект са свързани с повишаване защитата и готовността за адекватна реакция на населението при наводнения с цел защитата на човешкото здраве, стопанската дейност, инфраструктурата и околната среда от наводнения. Разположението на Язовира е в землището на с. Димитровче, непосредствено над самото село. Построен е през 1971 г. като многогодишен изравнител с основна цел напояване. Язовирът е на приток на р. Лефченска, която е част от район със значителен потенциален риск от наводнения (РЗПРН) Марица - граница с код МА_01. Под язовира са разположени селата Генералово и Капитан Андреево и ГКПП Капитан Андреево. Дейностите по ремонт и реконструкция на стената и съоръженията на язовира ще намалят вероятността от наводнения по р. Лефченска и по р. Марица - селата и ГКПП-то, които попадат в РЗПРН МА_01 - Марица - граница. Към настоящият момент техническото състояние на язовира се определя като предаварийно съгласно чл. 48, т. 4 от Наредба за условията и реда за осъществяване на техническата и безопасната експлоатация на язовирните стени и на съоръженията към тях.За привеждане в техническо състояние за по-нататъшна експлоатация, която да отговаря на изискванията за конструктивна сигурност; технологична сигурност; влияние върху околната среда ще бъдат възстановени: основния изпускател, суха камера (апаратна) и гасителна камера. Ще бъде изграден нов преливник, гасителен кладенец и бързоток с водобоен кладенец. Предвижда се изграждането на Контролно Измервателна Система (КИС) за следене на хоризонталните и вертикалните премествания на язовирната стена.Ще бъде изградена оповестителна система за следене водните нива на р.Келанджика. Ще се осигури проводимост на 500 метров участък от речното легло след язовирната стена. (Bulgarian)
