Property / summary | |||||||||||||||
The project proposal is aimed at energy-efficient reconstruction of street lighting, covering part of the territory of the town of Pazardzhik. The project proposal covers part of the street lighting of the town of Pazardzhik connected to a total of nine power points located on the following main streets — G. Benkovski Blvd., Gen. Str. Gurko, Plovdivska Str., Kocho Chestimenski Str., Tsar Osvoboditel Str., Bulgaria Blvd., Stefan Stambolov Str., as well as the connected consumers in the surrounding streets. The project proposal includes the implementation of energy-saving measures (ESM) relating to: replacement of existing NRVN and CFL luminaires with LED luminaires; introduction of a System for Automation and Management and Monitoring of Electrical Energy Consumption from Outdoor Lighting; and the introduction of a renewable energy production facility for outdoor lighting in the city. The introduction of LED luminaires will provide the opportunity to illuminate high, medium and low-loaded roads, streets, lighting in front of administrative buildings, schools and kindergartens, health facilities, hotels, etc. The introduction of a System for Automation and Management of Street Lighting (SAC) and Consumption Monitoring (CPM) will directly affect the electricity savings of the street lighting system, thereby further optimising the costs of lighting servicing and creating the opportunity to achieve additional electricity savings. The introduction of RES for powering the luminaires will allow for: the project provides for implementation of project management activities, implementation of construction works, construction and author’s supervision, activities to promote the contribution of the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
