The project proposal aims at increasing the energy efficiency and achieving at least the energy consumption class “C” of residential buildings, subject to intervention, improving the access of people with disabilities to buildings, constructive restoration and enhancement, where prescribed, thereby ensuring better living conditions in the MoS, thermal comfort and higher quality of the living environment. The target groups of the project proposal are the occupants of the CB in residential buildings meeting the eligibility criteria for energy efficiency projects of the MoS under OPRD; business owners and persons visiting homes and businesses; persons with reduced mobility, including persons with disabilities, whose access to buildings will be improved and residents of the town of Pazardzhik. Projects for the implementation of energy efficiency measures (EE) on multi-family residential buildings (MZM) are included in the Investment Programme for the implementation of the ICPLD of Pazardzhik. With the implementation of the specific project, EE measures will be implemented in relation to 21 MAS located within the construction borders of Pazardzhik, which meet the eligibility criteria under the procedure. The main activities foreseen for implementation are: organisation and management, information and publicity measures, engineering (design, execution of construction and installation works and author’s supervision), assessment of the conformity of investment projects and carrying out construction supervision, commissioning of the sites and auditing.The expected results of the implementation of the project are: a higher level of EE of the MoS and the reduction of energy costs; — improvement of the performance for extending the life cycle of the buildings; —ensure that sustainable development criteria are adequate, accessible living environments. Проектното предложение е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност и достигане на най-малко клас на енергопотребление „С“ на жилищните сгради, обекти на интервенция, подобряване на достъпа на хора с увреждания до сградите, конструктивно възстановяване и усилване, където е предписано, с което да се осигурят по-добри условия на живот в МЖС, топлинен комфорт и по-високо качество на жизнената среда. Целеви групи на проектното предложение са обитателите на СО в жилищни сгради, отговарящи на критериите за допустимост за проекти за енергийна ефективност на МЖС по ОПРР; собствениците на стопански обекти и лицата, посещаващи жилищата и стопанските обекти; лицата с намалена подвижност, в т.ч. лицата с увреждания, чийто достъп до сградите ще се подобри и жителите на гр.Пазарджик.В Инвестиционната програма за изпълнение на ИПГВР на гр. Пазарджик са включени проекти за прилагане на мерки за енeргийна ефективност (ЕЕ) върху многофамилни жилищни сгради (МЖС). С реализирането на конкретния проект ще се приложат мерки за ЕЕ по отношение на 21 МЖС, разположени в строителните граници на Пазарджик, отговарящи на критериите за допустимост по процедурата.Предвидените за реализация основни дейности са: организация и управление, мерки за информиране и публичност, инженеринг (проектиране, извършване на строително-монтажни работи и авторски надзор), оценка на съответствието на инвестиционни проекти и осъществяване на строителен надзор, въвеждане на обектите в експлоатация и извършване на одит.Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта са:-по-високо ниво на ЕЕ на МЖС и намаляване разходите за енергия;-подобряване на експлоатационните характеристики за удължаване на жизнения цикъл на сградите; -осигуряване на адекватна с критериите за устойчиво развитие, достъпна жизнена среда.
