This project proposal provides for the implementation of measures to improve the energy efficiency of the sites: The buildings of the Ministry of Interior in Pazardzhik, Sq. Compound No 3, in turn, they are: ODMVR — Pazardzhik, RUP-Pazardzhik and Training Corps, 10 cabinets from this Training Corps located in the northeastern part of the first floor are transferred to the District and District Prosecutor’s Office Pazardzhik. The land property has ID 55155.503.9 and has an area of 4 425 sq.m. according to Skitsa N:2804/11.03.2013 issued by the Sofia City of Pazardzhik. The buildings are publicly owned and are IV category. Based on the conclusions of the Technical Passports, the condition of the buildings currently does not meet the requirements of Art.169 ZUT. The project proposal includes implementation of the measures provided for in the technical passports, including full repair of the roof/laying of waterproofing and thermal insulation of the roof, replacement of internal roof gutters and vorons/; implementation of modern energy efficiency measures/replacement of windows, thermal insulation of the external envelopes/in accordance with Ordinance No 7 of 2004 on Energy Efficiency of Buildings.In case of renovation and in accordance with the intended purpose of the buildings, measures will be taken to ensure the requirements of Ordinance No 4 of 01.07.2009 on the design, execution and maintenance of construction works in accordance with the requirements for accessible environment for the population, including people with disabilities.Replacement of the heating system of the buildings. The implementation of the above measures will lead to the achievement of class “B” of the energy consumption of the buildings of the Ministry of Interior, located on the square. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда изпълнение на мерки за повишаване на енергийната ефективност на обектите : Сградите на МВР в гр. Пазарджик, пл. Съединение №3, от своя страна те са: ОДМВР - Пазарджик, РУП- Пазарджик и Учебен корпус, като 10 кабинета от този Учебен корпус, разположени в североизточната част от първия етаж се прехвърлят за управление на Окръжна и Районна Прокуратура Пазарджик. Поземления имот е с идентификатор 55155.503.9 и е с площ 4 425кв.м. съгласно Скица N:2804/11.03.2013г. издадена от СГКК гр. Пазарджик. Сградите са публична държавна собственост и са IV категория .Въз основа на заключенията от изготвените Технически паспорти, състоянието на сградите към момента не удовлетворява изискванията на чл.169 от ЗУТ. Проектното предложение включва реализация на предвидените в изготвените технически паспорти мерки, включващи цялостен ремонт на покрива/полагане на хидроизолация и топлоизолиране на покрива,подмяна на вътрешни улуци на покрива и воронки/; внедряване на съвременни мерки за енергийна ефективност/подмяна на дограма, топлинно изолиране на външните ограждащи елементи/ в съответствие с Наредба №7 от 2004г. за Енергийна ефективност на сгради.При ремонта и в съответствие на предвиденото предназначение на сградите, ще се вземат мерки по осигуряване на изискванията на Наредба №4 от 01.07.2009г. за проектиране, изпълнение и поддържане на строежите в съответствие с изискванията за достъпна среда за населението, включително за хората с увреждания.Подмяна на отоплителната инсталация на сградите. Изпълнението на горепосочените мерки ще доведе до постигане на клас "B" на енергопотребление на сградите на МВР, намираща се на пл. Съединение №3 в гр.
