The project proposal is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and extending the life cycle of multi-apartment buildings in Zlatograd. These are houses owned by the owners’ associations Stanko and Daniel Peevi, Orpheus, Mila and Blocks No 174, No 177, No 189 in the town of Zlatograd. Currently, housing in these buildings is energy-inefficient because a large proportion of them are heated by solid fuel. This is a prerequisite for air pollution in the city. Improving the energy efficiency of buildings will contribute to improving air quality and quality of life in the city of Zlatograd, also contributing to improving the attractiveness of the city, improving the appearance of buildings. The project includes buildings, most of which were built in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, which have not been fully renovated since then. According to the audits and technical projects drawn up, the eight buildings need to introduce energy efficiency improvement measures, one of them has the potential to reach class “A” of energy consumption, and the implementation of constructive reinforcement measures to ensure the extension of the life cycle. To date, the six buildings have a low energy consumption class of ‘G’, ‘F’ and ‘E’. The measures prescribed to achieve a higher energy class of buildings are: thermal insulation of external walls, replacement of metal and wooden windows with PVC windows, with glazing, thermal insulation of roofs, replacement of lighting. Access to buildings is provided for disadvantaged people. There is no economic activity in buildings. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Bulgarian)
