This project proposal aims at promoting transnational cooperation between the Municipality of Pavlikeni and the Municipality of Melide and La Banya, Spain through transfer and introduction of social innovations, exchange of good practices and finding common solutions in the field of labour market, combating poverty and social exclusion. The target group includes 20 persons who are economically inactive people outside education and training, including discouraged persons; jobseekers and disadvantaged groups in the labour market. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the following activities have been selected and planned for implementation, namely: 1.Preparation of specific analyses and studies of the experience of the Spanish municipalities of La Banya and Melide 2. Adaptation and validation of identified social innovations3.Increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate good practices and innovative approaches through the organisation of seminars and a working discussion to promote exchange of experience, exchange of information, good practices and innovative approaches between partners and other stakeholders.4. Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of its innovative elements5. Dissemination activities6. Organisation and management activities7. The implementation of innovations will contribute to solving some of the main problems and trends in the country, such as long-term unemployment, the clear trend towards population ageing and difficulties in finding employment opportunities experienced by the unemployed. Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към насърчаване транснационалното сътрудничество между Община Павликени иОбщините Мелиде и Ла Баня, Испания чрез трансфер и въвеждане на социални иновации, обмяна на добри практики и намиране наобщи решения в областта на пазара на труда, борбата с бедността и социалното изключване. Целевата група включва 20 лица, които са икономически неактивни лица извън образование и обучение, в т.ч. обезкуражени лица; търсещи работа безработни лица и групи в неравностойно положение на пазара на труда. С оглед на постигане на цели на проекта са подбрани и планирани за изпълнение резултати следните дейности, а именно: 1.Изготвяне на специфични анализи и изследвания на опита на испанските общини Ла Баня и Мелиде 2. Адаптиране и валидиране на идентифицираните социални иновации3.Повишаване на капацитета на партньорите и заинтересованите страни по отношение разработването,прилагането, мониторинга и оценката на добри практики и иновативни подходи чрез организация на семинари и работна дискусия с цел насърчаване обмена на опит,обмена на информация, добри практики и иновативни подходи междупартньорите и другите заинтересовани страни.4. Оценка на постигнатите резултати от гледна точка на приложимостта на неговите иновативни елементи5. Дейности за разпространение на постигнатите резултати6. Дейности за организация и управление7. Дейности за информация и комуникацияВнендряването на новациите ще допринесат да се решат част от основните проблеми и тенденции в страната, като продължителната безработица, ясно очертаната тенденция към застаряване на населението и трудностите за намиране на възможности за заетост, които изпитват безработните.
