A total of thirteen Chitalishtes are located on the territory of Novi Pazar Municipality, which provide cultural and educational services to the population and through which the traditions of the different ethnicities in Bulgarian society are preserved. Libraries function in the Chitalishtes, with students and older people mainly readers. Novi Pazar Municipality together with the Chitalishtes prepare a Plan of Cultural Events for each calendar year, which sets out activities of national, regional and local nature. Cinema and video show, studios and workshops for creative activities, competitions, festivals, exhibitions, concerts, performances, celebrations, celebrations and youth activities are organised. Despite their availability, access to them is limited due to the poor ability to cover all the needs of the local community — their insufficient diversity and low quality of the services offered. This project proposal provides for the purchase of equipment and furniture to ensure the normal operation of 11 Chitalishtes from the territory of Novi Pazar Municipality:- Chitalishte “Otets Paisii-1928”, village of Izbol- Chitalishte “Prosveta-1929”, Zilino- Chitalishte “Nazem Hikmet-1954”, town of Novi Pazar — Chitalishte “Development-1908”, village of Mirovtsi- Chitalishte “Prosveta-1919”, village of Pamukchi- Chitalishte “Napredak-1928”, Voivoda village- Chitalishte “Hristo Botev-1922”, village of Zachino Oresh- Chitalishte “Prosveta-1921”, S. Preselka- Chitalishte “Prosveta-1924”, Stan- Chitalishte “Vasil Levski-1895”, village of Enevo- Chitalishte “Probuda-1921”, village of PraventsiS with a view to achieving greater attractiveness of the events and attracting more guests and tourists, improving communications, under this project the purchase of: tables, visitor chairs, desks, shelves, computers, multimedia projectors, printers, audio systems, etc. The implementation of the project will contribute to a number of positive results: to preserve and develop rural cultural heritage and strengthen rural communities as a unique socio-economic and cultural asset. На територията на Община Нови пазар са ситуирани общо тринадесет читалища, които предоставят културно-просветни услуги на населението и чрез които се съхраняват традициите на различните етноси в българското общество. В читалищата функционират библиотеки, като основно читателите са учениците и по-възрастните хора. Община Нови пазар съвместно с читалищата изготвят План на културните прояви за всяка календарна година, в който са заложени дейности от национален, регионален и местен характер. Организират се кино- и видеопоказ, студии и ателиета за творчески дейности, конкурси, фестивали, изложби, концерти, представления, празненства, чествания и младежки дейности. Въпреки наличието им, достъпът до тях е ограничен, поради слабата възможност за покриване на всички нужди на местната общност – недостатъчното им разнообразие и ниското качество на предлаганите услуги.Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда закупуване на оборудване и обзавеждане за обезпечаване на нормалната дейност на 11 читалища от територията на община Нови пазар:- НЧ"Отец Паисий-1928”,с. Избул- НЧ”Просвета-1929”,с. Жилино- НЧ”Назъм Хикмет-1954”,гр. Нови пазар- НЧ„Развитие-1908”,с. Мировци- НЧ”Просвета-1919”,с. Памукчи- НЧ”Напредък-1928”,с. Войвода- НЧ„Христо Ботев-1922”,с. Зайчино Ореше- НЧ”Просвета-1921”,с. Преселка- НЧ”Просвета-1924”,с. Стан- НЧ„Васил Левски-1895”,с. Енево- НЧ „Пробуда-1921”,с. ПравенциС оглед постигане на по-голяма атрактивност на мероприятията и привличането на повече гости и туристи, подобряването на комуникациите, по настоящия проект се предвижда най-основно закупуването на: маси, посетителски столове, бюра, етажерки, компютри, мултимедийни проектори, принтери, аудиосистеми и др.Реализацията на проекта ще допринесе за редица положителни резултати: за съхраняване и развитие на селското културно наследство и укрепване на селските общности, като уникален социално-икономически и културен актив.
