The integrated project proposal: “Municipality of Smyadovo with care for all” will create the opportunity for acquiring professional qualifications, conditions for various forms of employment, access to hourly services, provision of informal forms for improving knowledge, raising health culture and awareness and access to quality education for people from the Roma community and people at risk of social exclusion.The activities set are fully in line with the objectives and priorities of the updated municipal plan for Roma integration for 2015-2020 and the municipal strategy for development of social services for 2016-2020. The project is aimed at 54 representatives of the Roma community and 85 people at risk — a target group under OP HRD and 211 children and pupils, 5 young people and 240 parents from ethnic minorities — a target group under OP SESG. The implementation of the project will provide employment for 47 persons, of which 27 persons from the target group and training with apprenticeships of 9 people from the target group. TsRO in Smyadovo, created by Center "Amalipe" and a Mobile Support Team for providing a complex of social and health services. It will improve the image environment for 380 studies at Sofia University "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius and 121 children in the “Margaritka” school in Smyadovo. It is envisaged that Roma and other parents from ethnic minorities are actively involved in the educational process by appointing two educational mediators and setting up Parental Clubs to discuss issues about children’s education.The project will organise campaigns to overcome stereotypes and negative public attitudes based on ethnic origin, cultural identity and to support education in a multicultural environment. The leading beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Smyadovo. Partners are Center Amalipe, Sofia University "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius" — town of Smyadovo, DG Margaritka and Community Center Bratstvo — 1860. Municipality of Smyadovo also plays the role of employer due to the lack of another one in the region (English)

    Интегрираното проектно предложение:„Община Смядово с грижа за всички“ ще създаде възможност за придобиване на профес. квалификация, условия за разнообразни форми на заетост, достъп до почасови услуги, предоставяне на неформални форми за повишаване на знанията, повишаване на здравната култура и информираност и достъпа до качествено образование за хората от ромската общност и хората в риск от социална изолация.Заложените дейности са в пълно съответствие с целите и приоритетите на актуализирания общински план за интеграция на ромите за 2015-2020г. и Общинската стратегия за развитие на социалните услуги за 2016г.-2020г. Проектът е насочен към 54 представители на ромската общност и 85 хора в риск – целева група по ОП РЧР и 211 деца и ученици, 5 младежи и 240 родители от етническите малцинства – целева група по ОП НОИР.С изпълнението на проекта ще се осигури заетост на 47 лица, от които 27 лица от целевата група и обучение с чиракуване на 9 лица от целевата група.Ще се обезпечи и доразвие работата на Център за обществена подкрепа,ЦРО в гр. Смядово, създаден от ЦМЕДТ„Амалипе“ и Мобилен екип за подкрепа за предоставяне на комплекс от социално-здравни услуги.Ще се подобри на образ. среда за 380 уч. в СУ "Св. Св. Кирил и Методий" и 121 деца в ДГ "Маргаритка" гр. Смядово.Предвижда се активно включване на ромски и други родители от етническите малцинства в образователния процес чрез назначаване на двама образователни медиатори и създаване на Родителски клубове за обсъждане на въпроси за образованието на децата.В рамките на проекта ще бъдат организирани кампании за преодоляване на стереотипи и негативни обществени нагласи, основани на етнически произход, културна идентичност и за подкрепа на образованието в мултикултурна среда.Водещ бенефициент по проекта е Община Смядово. Партньори са ЦМЕДТ Амалипе, СУ"Св. Св. Кирил и Методий" - гр. Смядово, ДГ Маргаритка и Народно читалище Братство - 1860. Община Смядово играе ролята и на работодател поради липсата на друг такъв в региона (Bulgarian)
