The project "Active care through social support" aims to expand the opportunities to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families and to increase their motivation for independent and independent lifestyles by promoting equal opportunities for these people to employment and integration into the labour market and providing opportunities for the return to the labour market of those carers with disabilities. The core activities to be implemented within the project are under Priority Axis 2 "Poverty reduction and promotion of social inclusion" with specific objective 2 "Increasing the number of people with disabilities who have started work or are employed through the provision of social and health services under the project "Life Classification Components" 1 "Life-components" are people with disabilities interlocutor 1. Проектът "Активна грижа чрез социална подкрепа" цели разширяване на възможностите за подобряване качеството на живот на хората с увреждания и техните семейства и повишаване на мотивацията им за независим и самостоятелен начин на живот чрез насърчаване на равните възможности на тези лица за заетост и интеграция на пазара на труда и предоставяне на възможности за връщането на пазара на труда на лицата, които полагат грижи за близките си с увреждания.Основните дейности, които ще се изпълняват в рамките в проекта са по приоритетна ос 2 "Намаляване на бедността и насърчаване на социалното включване" със специфична цел 2 "Увеличаване на броя на хората с увреждания, които са започнали да търсят работа или са заети, чрез предоставяне на социални и здравни услуги, вкл. чрез интегрирани мерки за хора с увреждания и технитесемейства" заложени по Компонент 2 на процедурата, с допълващи дейности по приоритетна ос 1 „Подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места”.Мерките по Компонент 1 са насочени към семействата на хората с увреждания, които са целева група от Компонент 2.Постигнатите резултати от реализацията на проекта са участници с увреждания над 18 г., получаващи услуги и безработни участници, които са започнали работа.
