This project proposal will help improve access to employment and job quality as well as sustainable integration into the labour market of young people aged 18-29, in particular those not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including through the implementation of a Youth Guarantee. The envisaged project activities correspond to the role of Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 for the active implementation of two of the objectives of the EU 2020 strategy in the field of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. Through the implementation of the project, young people up to the age of 29 will be activated and integrated into employment from the municipality of Smyadovo incl., who are neither in education or training nor in employment, including are not registered as unemployed with the Employment Agency. The activities set out in the project proposal will be aimed at identifying and motivating active labour market behaviour of inactive young people from the target group, with follow-up activities for inclusion in long-term employment, training or return to education. The activities thus envisaged will help facilitate the transition from education to employment of young people who have failed in the labour market. This project complements the experience of the Municipality of Smyadovo in the implementation of projects in support of youth employment implemented under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013, the National Employment Action Plan for the respective year and the National Implementation Plan of the European Youth Guarantee: 2014-2020 (English) | |||||||||||||||

Настоящото проектно предложение ще спомогне за подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места, както и устойчиво интегриране на пазара на труда на младите хора от 18 до 29 годишна възраст, в частност тези, които не са ангажирани с трудова дейност, образование или обучение, включително младежи, изложени на риск от социално изключване, и младите хора от маргинализирани общности, включително чрез прилагане на гаранция за младежта. Предвидените проектни дейности кореспондират с ролята на Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2014-2020 г. за активно изпълнение на две от целите на стратегията на ЕС „Европа 2020” в областта на трудовата заетост и борбата с бедността и социалното изключване. Чрез изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат активирани и интегрирани в заетост младежи до 29-годишна възраст от община Смядово вкл., които не са нито в образование или обучение, нито в заетост, вкл. не са регистрирани като безработни лица в Агенцията по заетостта. Дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение ще бъдат насочени към идентифициране и мотивиране за активно поведение на пазара на труда на неактивни младежи от целевата група, с последващи дейности за включване в продължителна заетост, обучение или връщане в образование. Така предвидените дейности ще помогнат за улесняването на прехода от образование към заетост на младежите с неуспешна реализация на пазара на труда. Настоящият проект допълва опита на Община Смядово в изпълнението на проекти в подкрепа на младежката заетост, реализирани по Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2007-2013 г., Националния план за действие по заетостта за съответната година и Националния план за изпълнение на Европейската гаранция за младежта: 2014–2020 г.
