This project includes a set of activities leading to increased energy efficiency of buildings, reducing final energy consumption costs and indirectly reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit as required by the funding programme and its investment intentions. The investment intentions of the municipality of Ruen include: Improvement of the building stock of the municipal buildings in the villages of Bilka, Dobe Polyana, Duscotta, Mountain, Razbena, Rupcha, Razitsa, Sini Rid, Sokolets, Struya, Yasenovo, Skalak and Preobrazhenci of the municipality of Ruen, through renovation of municipal buildings — thermal insulation of the external walls, floor and roof, replacement of windows, replacement of heat sources, replacement of lighting. The administrative buildings renovated under the project will lead to the creation of optimal rural environment, environmental protection and economic development — the main objective of selection procedure BG06RDNP001-7.008 — Energy efficiency “Reconstruction, repair, equipment and/or furnishing of municipal buildings providing public services in order to improve their energy efficiency” under sub-measure 7.2. “Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small-scale infrastructure” of Measure 7 “Basic services and village renewal in rural areas” of the Rural Development PROGRAMME 2014-2020. Настоящия проект включва комплекс от дейности, водещи до повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сградите, намаляване разходите на крайното потребление на енергия и косвено – за намаляване на емисиите на парникови газове. Кандидатът е възложил изработването на енергиен одит, в съответствие с изискването на финансиращата програма и инвестиционните си намерения. Инвестиционните намерения на община Руен включват: Подобряване състоянието на сградния фонд на общинските сгради в селата Билка, Добра поляна, Дъскотна, Планиница, Разбойна, Рупча, Ръжица, Сини рид, Соколец, Струя, Ясеново, Скалак и Преображенци на община Руен, чрез саниране на общинските сгради - топлинно изолиране на външните стени, под и покрив, подмяна на дограмата, подмяна на източниците на топлина, подмяна на осветлението. Обновените по проекта административни сгради, ще доведат до създаването на оптимална жизнена среда на селските райони, опазването на околната среда и развитие на икономиката - основна цел по процедура чрез подбор BG06RDNP001-7.008 - Енергийна ефективност „Реконструкция, ремонт, оборудване и/или обзавеждане на общински сгради, в които се предоставят обществени услуги, с цел подобряване на тяхната енергийна ефективност“ по подмярка 7.2. „Инвестиции в създаването, подобряването или разширяването на всички видове малка по мащаби инфраструктура“ от мярка 7 „Основни услуги и обновяване на селата в селските райони“ от ПРОГРАМА ЗА РАЗВИТИЕ НА СЕЛСКИТЕ РАЙОНИ 2014 – 2020 г.
