General objective: Improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and lonely living people by creating conditions for the effective exercise of their right to independence and social inclusion and reducing the risk of dependency on institutional care. Specific objectives: — Promotion of good practices in the municipality of Ruen for the provision of services in the home environment to persons in need of permanent care in everyday life; — Support for participation in public life, including the exercise of their right to work; — Creating new jobs for people who are active jobseekers; — Creating professional skills of domestic assistants and upskilling through upgrading trainings. Main activities:1.Organisation and management2.Information and publicity3.Selection and hiring of staff4.Purchase of equipment and furniture for the Center for hourly provision of social services in the Municipality of Ruen5.Training of staff to provide services6.Provision of psychological support and counselling for staff providing social services7.Providing motivational and psychological support to the users of the services according to their individual need;8.Development of rules/methodology for the activities of the CentreExpected results:1.Established team of 3 people aware in detail of the specifics of the work, which are directly responsible for the implementation and management of the project. An operational work plan has been drawn up, which allocates the obligations for the implementation of the activities under the Project.2.The information campaign has been carried out. The results of the project were promoted;3.Employed staff at the Center for hourly provision of social services in the municipality of Ruen by acquired knowledge and skills domestic helpers and personal assistants. 4. Обща цел: Подобряване качеството на живот на хора с увреждания и самотно живеещи хора чрез създаване на условия за ефективно упражняване на правото им на независимост и социално включване и намаляване на риска от зависимост от институционален тип грижи. Специфични цели: - Утвърждаване на добри практики в община Руен,за предоставяне на услуги в домашна среда на лица нуждаещи се от постоянни грижи в ежедневието; - Подкрепа за участие в обществения живот, в това число и упражняване на правото им на труд; - Създаване на нови работни места за хора активно търсещи работа; - Създаване на професионални умения на домашни помощници и повишаване на уменията чрез надграждащи обучения. Основни дейности:1.Организация и управление2.Информация и публичност3.Подбор и наемане на персонал4.Закупуване на оборудване и обзавеждане за Център за почасово предоставяне на социални услуги в Община Руен5.Обучение на персонала за предоставяне на услугите6.Предоставяне на психологическа подкрепа и консултиране за персонала,предоставящ социални услуги7.Предоставяне на мотивационна и психологическа подкрепа за потребителите на услугите, според тяхната индивидуална потребност;8.Разработване на правила/методология за дейността на центъраОчаквани резултати:1.Сформиран екип от 3 души запознати в детайли със спецификата на работата, които пряко отговарят за реализацията и управлението на проекта. Изготвен оперативен план за работа, чрез който са разпределени задълженията за изпълнение на дейностите по Проекта.2.Проведена информационна кампания. Популяризирани са постигнатите резултати от реализацията на проекта;3.Назначен персонал в Центъра за почасово предоставяне на социални услуги в община Руен от придобили знания и умения домашни помощници и лични асистенти. 4. Определена е целевата група от потребители,включваща 50 души. Изготвена е социална оценка на потребностите на всички кандидати за ползване на социални услуги. (Bulgarian)
