The project proposal provides for the organisation and implementation of “Brushlen Fish Fest”. The event includes: organisation of competitions for the most delicious Danube fish soup, roasted fish, fastest cleaning of fish, competition for homemade brandy, bazaar of masters of folk crafts and producers of organic production, review of authentic folk costumes from the regions of the participants in the competitions (coordinated with an ethnographer), folklore program of amateur groups from the region. The event requires delivery of products: T-shirts, hats, distinguishing marks for jury and participants — 100; providing subject awards, diplomas, statuettes. A musical-artistic program will also be organised, for which a sound system for outdoor square sound, with a professional sound player, renting a stage will be rented. The project also plans to organise and conduct an International Graphic Plenary at the Tourist Information Centre in the village of Brashlen. For the event we need delivery and installation of 1 etching press for printing of graphics, production and delivery of 2 welded chromic kettles 65 l. The project will produce — 1 film/clip, 20 catalog A4 format, 39 poster A3 format, 30 catalog A5 format to be distributed to the local population, participants in events and tourists, in order to promote the cultural, historical and natural heritage by organising various events in support of the development of local tourism. Costs for consultancy services related to the reporting and verification of a project proposal are also planned. The project will promote the richness of the local cultural and historical heritage by organising the restoration of traditional customs and local holidays (festivals/festivals) that present the territory’s heritage and have the potential to attract tourists. Проектното предложение предвижда oрганизиране и провеждане на „Рибен фест Бръшлен“. В събитието се включват: организиране на конкурси за най-вкусна дунавска рибена чорба, печена риба, най-бързо чистене на риба, конкурс за домашна ракия, базар на майстори на народни художествени занаяти и производители на био продукция, ревю на автентични народни носии от регионите на участниците в конкурсите (координирано с етнограф), фолклорна програма на самодейни колективи от региона. За провеждане на събитието е необходима доставка на продукти: тениски, шапки, отличителни знаци за жури и за участници - 100 бр.; осигуряване на предметни награди, грамоти, статуетки. Ще се организира и музикално-артистична програма, за която ще се наеме озвучаване със система звук за външно площадно озвучаване, с професионален озвучител, наем на сцена. По проекта се планира и организиране и провеждане на Международен пленер по графика в Туристически информационен център в с. Бръшлен. За провеждане на събитието са неoбходими доставка и монтаж на 1 бр. офортна преса за отпечатване на графики, изработка и доставка на 2 бр. заварени хромникелови казани 65 л. По проекта ще се изработят още - 1 бр. филм/клип, 20 бр. каталог А4 формат, 39 бр. плакат А3 формат, 30 бр. каталог А5 формат, които да бъдат разпространени на местното население, участници в събитията и туристи, за да популяризират на културно-историческото и природно наследство посредством организиране на различни събития в подкрепа на развитие на местен туризъм. Планирани са и разходи за консултантски услуги, свързани с отчитане и верификация на проектно предложение. Чрез проекта ще се популяризира богатството на местното културно-историческо наследство посредством организиране възстановка на традиционни обичаи и местни празници (фестивали/панаири), които представят наследството на територията и имат потенциал за привличане на туристи.
