The project proposal of the Municipality of Sliven is a next stage of the construction of social infrastructure for the provision of social services, through the opening of a Crisis Centre with a capacity of 20 seats and a Center for temporary accommodation of homeless people with a capacity of 20 seats. The services provided in the Crisis Centre will be aimed at children and/or victims of violence, trafficking or other forms of exploitation, provided for a period of up to 6 months, aimed at providing individual support, meeting daily needs and legal advice to users or socio-psychological assistance when immediate intervention is required, including through mobile crisis intervention teams. The temporary accommodation centre, as a form of social service, shall be aimed at homeless persons for a period not exceeding 3 months within the calendar year. The users of the service will be provided with a place to live, to assist in training and retraining courses and other training courses and/or to find a job, as well as for the social adaptation of users. For the functioning of the two centres, a multidisciplinary team of specialists will be selected to optimise the care for the target groups and improve the quality of the services provided. Проектното предложение на Община Сливен е следващ етап от изграждане на социална инфраструктура за предоставяне на социални услуги, чрез разкриване на Кризисен център с капацитет 20 места и Център за временно настаняване на бездомни лица с капацитет 20 места. Услугите, предоставяни в Кризисния център ще са ориентирани към деца и/или лица, пострадали от насилие, трафик или друга форма на експлоатация, които се предоставят за срок до 6 месеца и са насочени към оказване на индивидуална подкрепа, задоволяване на ежедневните потребности и правно консултиране на потребителите или социално-психологическа помощ, когато се налага незабавна намеса, включително чрез мобилни екипи за кризисна интервенция. Центърът за временно настаняване, като форма на социална услуга, е ориентиран към бездомни лица за срок не повече от 3 месеца в рамките на календарната година. На потребителите на услугата ще се осигурява място за живеене, съдействие за включване в курсове за квалификация и преквалификация и други обучителни курсове и/или за намиране на работа, както и за социалната адаптация на потребителите. За функционирането на двата центъра ще бъде подбран мултидисциплинарен екип от специалисти, който да оптимизира грижите за целевите групи и да повиши качеството на предоставяните услуги. (Bulgarian)
