The present project proposal of the Municipality of Sliven is a next stage in the process of building a new social infrastructure for providing support services in the community and in a family environment, namely: Public Support Centre and Day Care Centre to support children and/or young people with severe multiple disabilities and their families. The implementation of the planned activities in the project will ensure the provision of new services in the community on the territory of Sliven Municipality, for which the appropriate infrastructure, financed under the Operational Programme Regions in Growth, has been built with grant agreement BG16RFOP001-5.01-0014-C01 “Support for deinstitutionalisation of childcare in Sliven Municipality”. In addition to the mandatory activities under “Organisation and Management” and “Information and Publicity” activities are provided for recruitment activities for the two centres and activities for the provision of services in the CPC with capacity of 100 and DCCTS with capacity of 30 places for day care and 60 places for advisory services for users and their families. Настоящото проектно предложение на Община Сливен е следващ етап от процеса по изграждане нова социална инфраструктура за предоставяне на услуги за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда, а именно: Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца и/или младежи с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства. Изпълнението на предвидените дейности в проекта ще обезпечи предоставянето на новите услуги в общността на територията на община Сливен, за които е изградена подходящата инфраструктура, финансирана по Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж“ с договор за БФП BG16RFOP001-5.001-0014-C01 „Подкрепа за деинституционализация на грижите за деца в община Сливен”. Освен задължителните дейности по "Организация и управление" и "Информираност и публичност" са предвидени дейности за подбор на персонал за двата центъра и дейности за предоставяне на услугите в ЦОП с капацитет 100 и ДЦПДТМУТС с капацитет 30 места за дневна грижа и 60 места за консултативни услуги за потребители и техните семейства.
