This project has as its object the development of fortification and anti-erosion activities on the territory of the “House for adults with mental retardation — village of Kachulka, Municipality of Sliven”.The planned activities include the implementation of a construction of factory gabions for stabilising the heel of the trench, as well as the re-routing of the adjacent terrain with errosion control on the surface, with the possibility of creating an environment for permanent grassing. The purpose of the refurbishment is to permanently restore the surrounding area, the current condition of which may be deformable as a result of loss of resistance to the terrain due to overhumidification. This condition is the result of drainage of surface water from intense rainfall, leading to consolidation and loss of resistance of the skate. The deformation of the terrain causes landslide processes and threatens the adjoining road infrastructure. The landslide was registered in 2010, when landslides along the north-west skate over the only road to the settlement, connecting the administrative corps with the buildings where the users of social services are housed. The area to be reinforced covers an area of approximately 850 sq.m, a perimeter of 145 m. The area has a rectangular shape with an average base of 15 m and an average height of 17 m. Настоящият проект има за предмет разработване на укрепителни и противоерозионни мероприятия на терен на територията на „Дом за пълнолетни лица с умствена изостаналост - селище Качулка, Община Сливен".Предвидените мероприятия включват изпълнение на конструкция от фабрични габиони за стабилизиране петата на откоса, както и преоткосиране на прилежащия терен с включен ерозионен контрол по повърхността, с възможност за създаване на среда за трайно затревяване. Укрепването има за цел да възстанови трайно прилежащия терен, чието констатирано състояние в момента може да се определи за деформируемо, следствие загуба на устойчивост на терен поради преовлажняване. Това състояние е резултат от дрениране на повърхностни води от интензивни валежи, водещи до консолидация и загуба на устойчивост на ската. Деформацията на терена предизвиква свлачищни процеси и застрашава прилежащата пътна инфраструктура.Свлачището е регистрирано през 2010 г., когато е установено свличане на земни маси по северозападния скат над единствения път към селището, свързващ административния корпус със сградите, където са настанени потребителите на социални услуги. Подлежащият на укрепване участък обхваща терен с площ приблизително 850 кв.м, периметър 145 м. Площта има правоъгълна форма със средна основа 15 м. и средна височина 17 м. Свличане е установено върху цялата площ, като са формирани характерните за активно свлачище елементи. (Bulgarian)
