This project proposal is in synfron with policies aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting the social inclusion of vulnerable groups in social exclusion most at risk of COVID-19 on the territory of the municipality of Makres by providing a network of services. In the situation of emergency due to the coronavirus pandemic, many of the groups most vulnerable to the disease have arisen in their daily functioning, such as inability to secure food, medicines and essential goods, to serve their electricity, water, etc. obligations, access to administrative services is limited. The project plans to provide services to 12 people: elderly people unable to self-service, people with disabilities and quarantined person(s) or family member of the municipality of Makres, in social exclusion due to the excessively imposed measures related to a COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Consumers will be provided with a package of services including: the purchase and delivery of food, food and essential products, medicines and medicines purchased with consumer funds; payment of utility bills; obtaining urgent administrative services; assistance in carrying out household activities if necessary. If persons are quarantined on the territory of the municipality, the team will be ready to respond as quickly as possible. A team of 4 food carriers will be created, which will serve 4 settlements in the municipality — Makresh village, Rakovitsa village, Podrevo village and Kirevo village. The service will be administered in a building, municipal property in the village of Makresh, a dispatch center for coordination of activities in the 4 settlements. The food delivery team will be provided with the necessary protective equipment. The duration of the project is 10 months. (English)

    Настоящото проектно предложение е в синфрон с политиките, касаещи подобряване на качеството на живот и насърчаване на социалното включване на уязвими групи хора в социална изолация, застрашени в най-голяма степен от COVID-19 на територията на община Макреш, чрез осигуряване на мрежа от услуги.В ситуацията на извънредно положение поради пандемията от корона вирус за част от най-уязвимите по отношение на заболяването групи възникнаха множество затруднения в ежедневното функциониране, като невъзможност да си осигуряват хранителни продукти, лекарства и стоки от първа необходимост, да обслужват задълженията си за ток, вода и др., ограничен е достъпа до административни услуги. Проектът планира да предоставя услуги на 12 човека: възрастни хора в невъзможност за самообслужване, хора с увреждания и поставени под карантина лице/ца или член на семейството от община Макреш, в социална изолация поради извънредно наложените мерки, свързани с пандемичен взрив на заболяването от COVID-19. На потребителите ще бъде предоставен пакет от услуги, включващ: закупуване и доставка на храна, хранителни продукти и продукти от първа необходимост, лекарства и лекарствени средства, закупени със средства на потребителите; заплащане на битови сметки; получаване на неотложни административни услуги; помощ при нужда в извършване на битови дейности. Ако на територията на общината бъдат поставени под карантина лица, екипът ще бъде в готовност да откликне в максимално бърза степен. Ще бъде създаден екип от 4 разносвачи на храна, които ще обслужват 4 населени места в общината - с. Макреш, с. Раковица, с. Подгоре и с. Киреево.Услугата ще се администрира в сграда, общинска собственост в с. Макреш, ще бъде създаден и диспечерски център за координиране на дейностите в 4-те населени места.
