The implementation of the project will increase the administrative capacity of employees of the Municipal Administration — Devin, directly involved in the preparation and implementation of projects under Priority Axis 2 “Support for energy efficiency in support centers in peripheral areas” of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020. procedure BG16RFOP001-2.001 “Energy efficiency in peripheral regions”, which in turn will contribute to the qualitative implementation of the project proposals of Devin Municipality. The employees are expected to take part in a study of good European practices and exchange of experience in the field of energy efficiency in one of the eligible countries of Northern and Central Europe. With the implementation of the activities foreseen under the project will increase the knowledge of the employees of the Municipal Administration — Devin in the field of energy efficiency of buildings, monitoring and management of the process of implementation of energy efficiency measures and accounting, good European practices for modernisation and reconstruction of existing buildings and in particular in the field of implementation of energy efficiency measures will be developed. С реализиране на проекта ще се повиши административния капацитет на служители от Общинска администрация - Девин, пряко ангажирани с подготовката и изпълнението на проекти по приоритетна ос 2 "Подкрепа за енергийната ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони" на Оперативна програма "Региони в растеж" 2014-2020г. , процедура BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Енергийна ефективност в периферните райони", което от своя страна ще допринесе за качественото изпълнение на проектните предложения на община Девин. Предвижда се служителите да вземат участие в проучване на добри европейски практики и обмяна на опит в областта на енергийната ефективност в една от допустимите страни от Северна и Централна Европа.С изпълнение на предвидените по проекта дейности ще се повишат знанията на служителите от Общинска администрация - Девин в областта на енергийната ефективност на сградите, мониторинг и управление на процеса на внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност и отчитане, ще се усвоят добри европейски практики за модернизация и реконструкция на съществуващи сгради и по-конкретно в областта на внедряване на мерки за енергийна ефективност.
