Providing a warm lunch for a period of 45 months, each working day, for 60 people living in the Municipality of Troyan from the following target groups: 1. Persons and families receiving monthly assistance under the terms and conditions of Article 9 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Social Assistance Act.2. Persons with proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the Directorate “Social Assistance” Troyan;3. Wanderers and homeless people.We plan to start the project from 01.08.2016 with activity 1 — definition of the target groups. From 01.09.2016 to 30.04.2020, through the established public dining room in the village of Dobrodan, to provide the service public dining room by a registered external provider, with which Troyan Municipality has concluded a Contract for the assignment of social services, according to which until 30.04.2016 the latter prepared a warm lunch for 60 persons under the project “Public Dining Room”, funded by the Social Protection Fund of MLSP, and from 01.06.2019 to 30.04.2020 the service will be provided by a contractor selected under the Public Procurement Act.The project objective is to reduce the number of residents of Troyan municipality living in poverty and social exclusion due to lack of funds for food provision. Extending the duration of the service, building on and further developing the results achieved by including accompanying measures. We envisage the implementation of the following activities: 1. Identification of target groups in accordance with the regulations of Articles 5 and 6 of Regulation RD-07-1/04.04.2016 laying down the terms and conditions for determining the target groups under the Operational Programme for Food and/or Basic Material Assistance, co-financed by the FEAD. 2. Purchase of food products for the preparation of portions including soup, main course and bread for 60 consumers for working days in 45 months from 01.09.2016 to 39.04.2020.3. Осигуряване на топъл обяд за период от 45 месеца, всеки работен ден, за 60 лица, живеещи в Община Троян от следните целеви групи: 1. Лица и семейства на месечно подпомагане по реда и условията на чл.9 от Правилника за прилагане на закона за социално подпомагане.2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от Дирекция "Социално подпомагане" Троян;3. Скитащи и бездомни лица.Предвиждаме проекта да стартира от 01.08.2016г. с дейност 1 - определяне на целевите групи. От 01.09.2016г. до 30.04.2020г., чрез създадена обществена трапезария в с. Добродан, да се предоставя услугата обществена трапезария от регистриран външен доставчик, с който Община Троян има сключен Договор за възлагане на социални услуги, съгласно който до 30.04.2016г. същият е приготвял топъл обяд за 60 лица по проект "Обществена трапезария", финансиран от Фонд "Социална закрила" към МТСП, а от 01.06.2019г. до 30.04.2020г. услугата ще се предоставя от изпълнител, избран по ЗОП.Целта на проекта е намаляване броят на живеещите в бедност и социална изолация жители на Община Троян, поради липса на средства за осигуряване на храна. Разширяване времетраенето на услугата, надграждане и доразвиване на постигнатите резултати, чрез включване на съпътстващи мерки. Предвиждаме реализиране на следните дейности: 1. Определяне на целевите групи, съгласно регламентите на чл.5 и чл.6 от Наредба РД-07-1/04.04.2016г. за реда и условията за определяне на целевите групи по Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане, съфинансирана от ФЕПНЛ. 2. Закупуване на хранителни продукти за приготвяне на порции, включващи супа, основно ястие и хляб за 60 потребители за работните дни в 45 месеца от 01.09.2016г. до 39.04.2020г.3. Осигуряване на топъл обяд.4. Предоставяне на съпътстващи мерки за 45 месеца от Община Троян. (Bulgarian)
