The project proposal provides for the implementation of energy saving measures prescribed in an energy efficiency audit of the street lighting of four streets in Kotel. According to the prescription, the following measures are to be implemented:1. Replacement of luminaires: A complete replacement of all luminaires with modern LEDs with reduced electrical energy losses is proposed. Their use will ensure very accurate achievement of the specified light technical characteristics with significantly lower electricity consumption.2. Introduction of an energy management system and the use of RES deployment of Internet of Things technologies in the urban environment. This helps to improve the quality of life of the population, optimise costs and provide additional services through the connected lighting infrastructure. Internet of Things-connected systems allow adjusting the amount of light according to weather conditions, for example, or according to a predefined schedule for each day of the year. One of the most important advantages of this smart connectivity is the ability to increase security in the locality through an adaptive response to lighting to various extraordinary events such as road accidents.3. Building a system for monitoring energy consumptionThe system will include meters with remote reading, allowing direct access for real-time reading of the energy consumption.4. Building a system for automation and control of energy consumption5. Construction of photovoltaic system to cover own needs — Supply and installation of standalone photovoltaic lamps. After the implementation of the system, the following improvements will be achieved: • Reduction of purchased energy from an external supplier; • Recovering energy from a renewable energy source; • Ensuring energy independence; • High level of energy efficiency. Проектното предложение предвижда изпълнението мерки за енергоспестяване, предписани в изготвено обследване за енергийна ефективност на уличното осветление на четири улици в гр. Котел. Съгласно предписанието се предвижда изпълнението на следните мерки:1. Подмяна на осветители: Предложена е цялостна подмяна на всички осветители с модерни светодиодни, с понижени загуби на електрическа енергия. Използването им ще гарантира много точно постигане на зададените светлотехнически характеристики със значително по-малка консумирана електроенергия.2. Въвеждане на система за управление на енергията и използване на ВЕИBнедряване на Internet of Things технологии в градската среда. Това спомага за подобряване качеството на живот на населението, оптимизиране на разходите и осигуряване на допълнителни услуги чрез свързаната осветителна инфраструктура. Internet of Things-свързаните системи позволяват регулиране на количеството светлина съобразно атмосферните условия например или по предварително зададен график за всеки ден от годината. Едно от най-важните предимства на тази интелигентна свързаност е възможността за повишаване сигурността в населеното място чрез адаптивен отговор на осветлението към различни извънредни събития като пътни инциденти.3. Изграждане на система за мониторинг на енергопотреблениетоВ ситемата ще са включени електромери с дистанционно отчитане, което позволява директен достъп за четене в реално време на консумираната енергия.4. Изграждане на система за автоматизация и управление на Енергопотреблението5. Изграждане на фотоволтаична система за покриване на собствените нужди- Доставка и монтаж на автономни фотоволтаични лампи. След внедряването на системата ще се постигнат следните подобрения:• Намаляване на закупуваната енергия от външен доставчик;• Оползотворяване на енергия от възобновяем енергиен източник;• Осигуряване на енергийна независимост;• Високо ниво на енергийна ефективност.
