The development of the square space in the village of Tica, municipality. Boiler, includes the space and the area located in UPI I — for square in quarter. 16 according to the plan of the village of Ticha, with borders — to the north, UPI II-191 and UPI III-192, 193: East — UPI III-192, 193 and street; South — street; the project will improve the attractiveness of the settlement and the quality of life, which will lead to new opportunities for economic and social development, promoting social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development. Due to the poor condition of the pavements, the project does not envisage the utilisation of existing ones. In one part there will be a zone for social activities (gazebos from a modular group), next to them, a square space with recreational functions, located opposite the main entrance of the rural community center, will be established in the south. All these individual elements will be associated with appropriate rastering of the pavement so that they can be merged. Medium-loaded concrete pavements are provided and their geometry is intended to be identical to that of the area. New park furniture will be installed — benches, waste baskets, parking barriers, etc. Two fountains will be built for the architectural layout of the square. The project is based on the idea of improving the overall appearance of the village and highlighting the artistic and historical moment by cleaning the environment, providing a pedestal (approach to the monument) and at the same time achieving modern functionality, which is a guarantee of sustainable, both aesthetic and functional secondary center. Благоустрояването на площадното пространство в село Тича, общ. Котел, включва пространството и зоната ситуирана в УПИ I - за площад в кв. 16 по плана на с. Тича, с граници - на север УПИ II-191 и УПИ III-192, 193: изток - УПИ III-192, 193 и улица; юг - улица; запад - улица и се намира в непосредствена близост до централната част на селото /читалището и кметството/.С реализацията на проекта ще се подобри привлекателността на населеното място и качеството на живота, което ще доведе до нови възможности за икономическо и социално развитие, насърчаване на социалното приобщаване, намаляването на бедността и икономическото развитие. Поради лошото състояние на настилките, проектът не предвижда оползотворяване на съществуващите такива. В едната част ще бъде обособена зона за социални дейности (беседки от модулна група), непосредствено до тях, на юг ще се обособи площадно пространство с рекреационни функции, намиращо се срещу главния вход на селското читалище. Всички тези отделни елементи ще са свързани с подходящо растеризиране на настилката, така че да бъдат обединени. Предвиждат се настилки от бетонови паважи със средно натоварване, като е предвидено тяхната геометрия да е идентична с тази на характерната за района. Ще бъде монтирана нова паркова мебел – пейки, кошове за отпадъци, ограничители за паркиране и др. За архитектурното оформление на площада ще се изградят два фонтана.В проекта е залегнала идеята за подобряване на цялостния облик на селото и подчертаване на художествения и исторически момент чрез изчистването на околната среда, осигуряването на пиедестал (подход към паметника) и същевременно постигане на съвременна функционалност, което е гаранция за устойчив, както в естетическо, така и във функционално отношение вторичен център.
