The modernisation of transport infrastructure is a key element in increasing the mobility and accessibility of people and goods to support economic development. Reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vazrozhdenska Street and pavements to existing streets in the town of Elena is a prerequisite for its economic and social development. This project proposal covers reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vazrozhdenska Street and pavements to existing streets in the municipal center — Elena. The main activity of reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vazrozhdenska Street and pavements to existing streets in the municipality will be accompanied by construction and copyright supervision activities and project management consulting services. The key activities in the project, which will contribute to the greatest extent to the achievement of the main goal, are carrying out construction and installation works for reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vazrazdenska Street and pavements to existing streets in Elena. The main target groups within the project are all residents and guests of Elena Municipality, who will benefit from the renewed transport infrastructure. The main results of the project will be reflected in reconstruction and rehabilitation of Vazrozhdenska Street and pavements to existing streets in Elena, which will lead to improved living environment as a key condition for economic development, poverty reduction, population retention and diversification of the rural area. The improvement of the public infrastructure will result in improving the services of the population on the territory of Elena Municipality and ensuring access to them. During the implementation of the project, the principles of horizontal policies will be respected and the maximum participation of all stakeholders will be ensured. Sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas is inextricably linked to existing infrastructure and the quality of services offered to the rural population. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Модернизирането на транспортната инфраструктура представлява ключов елемент за увеличаване на мобилността и достъпността на хората и стоките в подкрепа на икономическото развитие. Реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул. "Възрожденска" и тротоари към съществуващи улици в гр. Елена е предпоставка за нейното икономическо и социално развитие.Настоящето проектно предложение обхваща реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул. "Възрожденска" и тротоари към съществуващи улици в общинския център-гр. Елена. Основната дейност по реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул. "Възрожденска" и тротоари към съществуващи улици в общината ще бъде съпътствана от дейности по строителен и авторски надзор и консултантски услуги по управление на проекта.Ключовите дейности в проекта, които ще допринесат в най-висока степен за реализиране на основната цел, са извършване на строително-монтажни работи по реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул. "Възрожденска" и тротоари към съществуващи улици в гр. Елена. Основните целеви групи в рамките на проекта са всички жители и гости на община Елена, които ще се възползват от обновената транспортна инфраструктура.Основните резултати от проекта ще се изразят в реконструкция и рехабилитация на ул. "Възрожденска" и тротоари към съществуващи улици в гр. Елена, което ще доведе до подобрена средата за живот, като ключово условие за икономическото развитие, намаляването на бедността, задържането на населението и диверсификацията на селския район. Подобряването на публичната инфраструктура ще доведе до подобряване на услугите на населението на територията на Община Елена и осигуряване на достъпа до тях.При изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат спазвани принципите на хоризонталните политики и ще бъде осигурено максимално участие на всички заинтересовани страни.
