The area of the site to be designed, including contaminated sites, is 83.57 decare (83574 sq.m). The landfill is located in the area “Pobrazets” and is developed on municipal land in the town of Dolni Dabnik with ECATTE 22407, property number 000216, which has a slight slope to the north, to the existing dam Dolni Dabnik. The area of the property is 51007sq.m. The waste deposited in the landfill is classified as non-hazardous mixed municipal waste mixed with code 20 03 01 under Ordinance 2/23.07. 2014 for the classification of waste.The reclamation of the landfill will be implemented in three stages with the following scope of work: • First stage — technical recultivation, including removal measures (disposal) and temporary storage of the topsoil from the adjacent site, its use for intermediate filling; aligns not on the site after operation, alignment of the bevels, laying of topsoil (has landfilled near the landfill) of the planned surface, alignment of the soil layer. • Second stage — closure of the landfill, including measures for the construction of the final coating (upper insulating screen), surface water control and landfill gas (biogas) control. • Third stage — biological recultivation, including measures for landscape restoration, soil cultivation before sowing and planting of perennial grasses. At the time of the geodetic measurement, the estimated volume of waste landfilled is about 125-135000 cubic meters. The project aims to: • Create favorable post-operating land use on the landfill. • Protection of public health and safety. • Mitigation or remedying of environmental damage and ensuring sustainable environmental development. • Reduction of adverse socio-economic impacts. Площта на територията, която е обект на проектиране, включително замърсени територии е 83,57дка (83574 кв.м). Депото се намира в местността "Погледец" и е развито върху общински терен в землището на гр.Долни Дъбник с ЕКАТТЕ 22407, имот с номер 000216, който е с лек наклон на север, към съществуващия язовир Долни Дъбник. Площта на имота е 51007кв.м.Депонираните в сметището отпадъци се класифицират като, неопасни смесени битови отпадъци, смесено събрани с код 20 03 01 по Наредба2 / 23.07. 2014 г. за класификация на отпадъците.Рекултивацията на депото ще се изпълни на три етапа със следния обхват на работа : • Първи етап - техническа рекултивация, включваща мерки за отстраняване (изгребване) и временно съхранение на горния почвен слой от съседния терен, използването му за междинно запръстяване; подравнява не на терена след експлоатацията, подравняване на откосите, полагане на горен почвен слой (има депониран в близост до депото) на планираната повърхност, подравняване на почвения слой. • Втори етап - закриване на депото, включително мерки за изграждане на финалното покритие (горния изолиращ екран), контрол на повърхностните води и контрол на сметищния газ (биогаз). • Трети етап - биологична рекултивация, включваща мерки за възстановяване на ландшафта, обработване на почвата преди засяване и засаждане на многогодишни треви. Към момента на геодезическото замерване, приблизителния обем депонирани отпадъци е около 125-135000 куб.м. С реализацията на проекта се цели:• Създаване на благоприятно следексплоатационно използване на земята върху сметището.• Защита на общественото здраве и безопасност.• Смекчаване или отстраняване на екологичните щети и осигуряване на устойчиво екологично развитие.• Намаляване на неблагоприятните социално-икономически въздействия.
