The project proposal is innovative for the municipality of Dulovo. The activities will be implemented in the following childcare facilities: 1. State Directorate “Mir” — Dulovo: center — Dulovo; branch — Dulovo; branch — torrential; 2. DG Zdravets — Chernolik village: center — Chernolick village; branch- village of ZlatoClass; branch- village of Pravda; 3. The project will be implemented in accordance with the horizontal principles of the Operational Programme, will ensure equal opportunities regardless of gender, age, race, ethnic, religious and gender, when forming the target groups and implementing the envisaged activities. Target groups will be trained and informed, compliance with measures for the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient, environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient economy will be required.The project will contribute to the implementation of: 1. The municipal plan for Roma integration in the municipality of Dulovo 2014-2020; 2. The regional strategy for the integration of Bulgarian Roma citizens and other citizens in vulnerable social situations living in a situation similar to the Roma; 3. The strategic objectives set out in the National Strategy for Roma Integration of the Republic of Bulgaria 2012-2020;The project includes 2 target groups: — 216 children aged 3-6 years; — 216 parents of children between 3-6 years old; — 30 participants children from 3-6 years old; — 30 participants of parents of children between 3-6 years old; Territorial scope: town of Dulovo and villages torrential, Chernolic, ZlatoClass, Pravda, Mezhden, Silistra district, Republic of Bulgaria. Проектното предложение е иновативно за община Дулово. Дейностите ще се изпълняват в следните детски заведения: 1. ДГ "Мир "- гр. Дулово: център- гр. Дулово; филиал- гр. Дулово; филиал- с. Поройно; 2. ДГ "Здравец" - с. Чернолик: център- с. Чернолик; филиал- с. Златоклас; филиал- с. Правда; 3. ДГ "Пролет - с. Межден;Проектът ще се изпълнява в съответствие с хоризонталните принципи на Оперативната програма, ще осигури равни възможности без оглед на пол, възраст, раса, етническа, религиозна и полова принадлежност, при сформиране на целевите групи и изпълнение на предвидените дейности. Ще се обучават и информират целевите групи, ще се изисква спазване на мерки за преход към нисковъглеродна, устойчива на изменението на климата, екологично устойчива и използваща ефикасно ресурсите икономика.Проектът ще допринесе за изпълнение на: 1. Общинския план за интегриране на ромите в община Дулово 2014 - 2020; 2. Областната стратегия за интегриране на българските граждани от ромски произход и други граждани в уязвимо социално положение живеещи в сходна на ромите ситуация; 3. Стратегическите цели, определени в Националната стратегия на Република България за интегриране на ромите 2012- 2020;Проектът включва 2 целеви групи: - 216 деца на възраст 3- 6 години; - 216 родители на деца на възраст между 3- 6 години; - 30 участници деца от 3- 6 години; - 30 участници родители на деца на възраст между 3- 6 години; Териториален обхват: град Дулово и селата Поройно, Чернолик, Златоклас, Правда, Межден, област Силистра, Република България.
