The project “Training and Employment for Inactive Youth of Dolni Dabnik Municipality” is aimed at activating economically inactive young people aged 15 to 29 who are neither in education and training nor registered as active jobseekers with the Labour Office Directorate. The project will start with the identification of 60 targeted young people, including representatives of the Roma community. Individual work will be carried out with the identified young people to motivate their registration with the Labour Office, their inclusion in vocational training and subsequent employment. Prior to vocational training, young people will receive motivational training to build active behaviour skills in the labour market. They will be helped to make their choice for professional qualifications, with the opportunities being included in vocational training in part of the profession of ‘Environment’ or part of the profession of Guardian. Motivational and vocational training will be carried out by the partner of the project “Dexy CONSULT” Ltd. Both trainings will be held in Dolni Dabnik. During the motivational and vocational training, the young people will receive a scholarship for each attendance day, as the young people from the town of Dolni Dabnik will receive 10 BGN per day and the young people from the villages — 15 BGN per day. After the completion of the vocational training, an examination will be held and successful young people will receive a certificate of vocational training. After completion of vocational training, young people will be employed for 6 months according to their professional qualifications. Young people will work on sites in Dolni Dabnik and the villages of the municipality. Once the project is completed, the chances of young people to succeed in the labour market will be significantly improved due to the acquired professional qualifications and work experience. Проект "Обучение и заетост за неактивните младежи на община Долни Дъбник" е насочен към активиране на икономически неактивни младежи на възраст от 15 до 29 годишна възраст, които не са нито в образование и обучение, нито са регистрирани като активно търсещи работа в Дирекция "Бюро по труда". Проектът ще стартира с идентифицирането на 60 младежи от целевата група, включително представители на ромската общност. С идентифицираните младежи ще бъде проведена индивидуална работа за мотивиране регистрацията им в Дирекция "Бюро по труда", включването им в професионално обучение и последваща заетост. Преди професионалното обучение младежите ще преминат мотивационно обучение за изграждане на умения за активно поведение на пазара на труда. Те ще бъдат подпомогнати да направят своя избор за професионална квалификация, като възможностите са включване в професионално обучение по част от професия "Еколог" или по част от професия "Охранител". Мотивационното и професионалното обучение ще се проведат от партньора по проекта "ДЕКСИ КОНСУЛТ" ЕООД. И двете обучения ще се проведат в гр. Долни Дъбник. По време на мотивационното и на професионалното обучение младежите ще получават стипендия за всеки присъствен ден, като младежите от град Долни Дъбник ще получават по 10 лв. на ден, а младежите от селата - по 15 лв. на ден. След приключване на професионалното обучение ще се проведе изпит и успешно издържалите го младежи ще получат удостоверение за професионално обучение. След приключване на професионалното обучение младежите ще бъдат назначени на трудов договор за 6 месеца съобразно професионалната им квалификация. Младите хора ще работят по обекти в гр. Долни Дъбник и селата на общината. След приключването на проекта, шансовете на младите хора за успешна реализация на пазара на труда ще са значително подобрени поради придобитата професионална квалификация и трудов опит. (Bulgarian)
