PIC Pernik and the network of 27 information centres for the promotion of the EU cohesion policy in the Republic of Bulgaria have been operational since 2011. With the implementation of the main activity under the project “Ensuring the functioning of the EIC in the period 2019-2021” the main objective of the procedure, the National Communication Strategy (NCS) and the Partnership Agreement (PA) will be achieved — the knowledgeability and awareness of the European funds and programmes will be upgraded, as PIC Pernik will consciously and purposefully work to increase transparency in the implementation and management of the programmes financed by ESIF, building wide public trust and support. The implementation of the project proposal will build on what has been achieved so far and will ensure the provision of up-to-date, free and expert information on the possibilities for financial support from ESIF funds for the target groups. The project proposal will be implemented in accordance with the horizontal principles of the EU applicable to the DMDH: — Partnership — holding stakeholder consultations, public debates, etc. — Promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination — Promoting equality between men and women and taking into account the gender perspective; preventing discrimination on the grounds of sex, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation by providing for the needs of the different target groups at risk of such discrimination; ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities. — Sustainable development — supporting the development of green administration (paper-free work, green public procurement, etc.), waste management, building a more competitive low-carbon economy where resources are used efficiently and sustainably, preventing biodiversity loss, improving business conditions. ОИЦ Перник и мрежата от 27 информационни центрове за популяризиране на кохезионната политика на ЕС в Р България функционират от 2011 г. С изпълнението на основната дейност по проекта „Осигуряване функционирането на ОИЦ през периода 2019-2021 г.“ ще бъде постигнато изпълнението на главната цел на процедурата, Националната комуникационна стратегия (НКС) и на Споразумението за партньорство (СП) - ще бъде надградена и познаваемостта и информираността за европейските фондове и програми, като ОИЦ Перник съзнателно и целенасочено ще работи за повишаване прозрачността при изпълнение и управление на програмите финансирани от ЕСИФ, като гради широко обществено доверие и подкрепа. Реализирането на проектното предложение ще надгради постигнатото до момента и ще гарантира предоставяне на актуална, безплатна и експертна информация относно възможностите за финансова подкрепа със средства от ЕСИФ за целевите групи.Проектното предложение ще се осъществява в съответствие с хоризонталните принципи на ЕС, приложими към ОПДУ: - Партньорство -провеждане на консултации със заинтересованите страни, обществени обсъждания и др. - Насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените и недопускане на дискриминация–Насърчаване на равенството между мъжете и жените и отчитането на социалните аспекти на пола; предотвратяване на дискриминация на Основата на пол, расов или етнически произход, религия или вероизповедание, увреждане, възраст или сексуална ориентация като се предвидят потребностите на различните целеви групи, изложени на риск от такава дискриминация; осигуряване на достъпност за хората с увреждания. - Устойчиво развитие – подпомагане на развитие на екологосъобразна администрация (работа без използване на хартия, „зелени“ обществени поръчки и др.), управление на отпадъците, изграждане на по-конкурентоспособна ниско въглеродна икономика, в която ресурсите се използват по ефикасен и устойчив начин, предотвратяване на загубата на биоразнообразие, подобряване на условията за бизнес.
